She ask me if I could wait in the lobby until she was finished. Elena came to the lobby where I was waiting for her at 12:15 to tell me that she is declining service to me because she has weight limitations. She stated that her chair/recliner that she uses to service clients only holds weight up to 250 pounds. (picture of the chair posted below) This is complete discrimination!! When you're booking an appointment with her it is mandatory that you put a card on file in order to book the appointment. However nothing on initial booking page states that there are weight requirements. If her appointments are based on the weight of clients, then she should have a disclaimer that states this at the time of booking. I was discriminated against, I will not accept this from Sky Beauty nor any other business that services the public!!
