So glad I found this place! It is now my go-to for lashes. Super convenient location for me and easy to book appointments. They were even open on Christmas Day this year! Jasmine did my lashes a few times and I had Mymy do my most recent set and they both do a great job, I could go for either one of them and would be happy. A full classic set for me only takes them 45 minutes or 1 hour to finish. The end result is natural and clean. I came up from Monterey to try to get some lashes for my birthday and they had quite a few openings for the same day of which was surprising because it was great service! It's a humble location but everything was clean, the table where you lay down for the service was soft to the point I almost fell asleep - I got a hybrid set - my first one ever and they look more natural than I expected - I had Mymy has my service provider and I would recommend her and the location in general. They also have a small drink option bar in front and places to put your purse and other items set up in each station. Nice spa like music as well - very affordable! Booking the appointment was easy (online) and it just so happened that there was a cash discount for this month. Pricing is reasonable for the four different types of lashes available. I've been getting my lashes done every month for a long time and have never had a bad experience until this place. The lash tech left so much glue on my eyelashes and eyelids that my eyes were burning the entire time. To make things worse, she actually cut my lower lashes -- something no lash artist should ever do. Before the appointment, she even called asking if I was actually going to show up, which was odd since I've never missed an appointment and even rescheduled early before to help her out. When I arrived, an older lady made me Zelle her payment upfront, which had never been required before. During the session, she soaked my eyes so much that even my ears were wet, and my eyes burned the whole time. I usually fall asleep during lash appointments, but this time when I woke up, my eyes were glued shut -- and that's when she proceeded to cut my lashes. I didn't realize how bad it was until I looked in the mirror and saw the damage. I used to tip $40 every visit because I appreciated good service, but this time I couldn't. The experience was embarrassing, painful, and felt abusive. I left feeling completely disrespected and taken advantage of. Please be cautious before booking here. No one deserves to leave a lash appointment in pain with their natural lashes damaged. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Very light and natural feeling but still looked full considering my natural lashes are very little and thin. First time at this new studio and thoroughly enjoyed the entire process! The location is in a small plaza with its own parking lot so I didn't have any issues with parking. Upon entering, the studio was very clean and had a nice modern vibe to it. I let the front desk know what kind of lashes I wanted and they informed the technician as they are a Vietnamese run business, but there was no issue with the language barrier! The seats and blankets are super comfortable and made the process go by very smoothly as I tend to have a hard time sitting still for long periods of time. The lash tech was very gentle with an occasional hard pull on my lash but I was never in any pain. Ended the service with some eye drops as well as a free goodie bag to help with the aftercare. They're currently running a promotion for 50% off new sets when you pay in cash for their grand opening so I highly recommend taking advantage of the deal! I ended up paying $65 for a classic wispy cat eye. Crazy good deal for such great service! read more

Came here about a month ago and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. I went in the morning and the vibe was nice and relaxing and my lashes were Tea, I loved them. Only thing was that I had a lot of sticky's so when they were growing out there was a lot of pulling on my lashes which caused them to fall out in a groups/cluster. I'd give a 3.5 because of that reason, I know lash health is really important! But honestly the experience overall was really great and the lashes were bomb! read more
