I had my first lash lift here. I really enjoyed it. Due to having natural light blonde lashes that you can't really see unless they are dyed/makeup, I won't be getting the lift again. The dye just doesn't stay on my lashes, therefore the results that are there can't really be seen. If I had naturally dark lashes I think the lift would be a great alternative to extensions or others. I noticed what the reviewer was speaking about on confidence, but no one knows what she has been through in her life, or may be going through every single day- just because she appears outwardly to not have an amount expected- does not mean it would effect her work. If it is stemming from a lack of confidence in her work, then my suggestion would be to stop as soon as possible. I did notice some of things she told me varies from what I read online about the lash lift. Maybe her way is better, maybe not. Looking at all the 5 star reviews- she must be doing something right. read more

It's been about three weeks after my Lash Lift and I am loving the results! I wouldn't say I have thick nor long lashes, but the lift made me feel like I had vavavoom lashes! Especially with a couple coats of mascara! A few of my lashes have fallen out through the normal lash cycle, but many of my lashes are still curled and lifted. Cherina was very sweet through the entire process which took about an hour. Her space is elegant and clean. I also like that she is very honest. If your lashes are not full enough or too short for the procedure she will let you know. She cares about her results and clients and will not suggest services or products that are not needed. I will definitely be back for another lift! A couple tips: 1. Come with a bare face! You won't be able to get your lashes wet for 24 hours so if you're makeup free you won't have to struggle with washing the eye area later! :) 2. Wear something comfy. 8/2017: I have my 4th appointment booked for next week. I'm hooked! My lashes stay curled for about 12 weeks, which is lucky. 11/2016: I booked my first lash lift appointment on the Facebook page. Cherina was great! CA Lash & Esthetics is located in a nice little office park in Campbell. Her office is clean and Cherina has done a nice job decorating it too. I had watched a video of the procedure before my appointment and the service went as expected. I have long but very straight eyelashes and the procedure gave my lashes a nice natural looking curve. Cherina also dyed them so they have a bit more pop. I am extremely happy with the result. It's supposed to last for 8-12 weeks... I truly really wanted to love this, but unfortunately most of my eyelashes have already fallen out. I had the Lash Lift done on August 16th and do not get me wrong, the first day was AWESOME! My eyelashes looked great, they were long and beautiful. However, my stubborn eyelashes started to droop later that evening. By the end of week 2, most of the curled lashes have fallen out and new shorter lashes grew in. It was such a disappointment. In hindsight, I wish I had gotten the falsies instead since they may have lasted longer. The Lash Lift is a natural look, but if you have thin eyelashes like I do, I would keep in mind that they may fall out quicker than you had hope. I also have black eyelashes, so the tint did nothing for me. For $180 ($150+$30 tip), I think I could have treated myself to something better (or lasted longer) and used my eyelash curler for 2 weeks. TIP: Shower before showing up, you cannot get your lashes wet within the first 24-48 hours of the lift. read more

Cherina is the ultimate lash queen. Seriously, you need Cherina in your lash life. I'm incredibly particular but about who touches my lashes because lash extensions/lifts are expensive and cause lash damage if done wrong. I made an appointment to get my eyelashes curled permed with keratin. The front desk greeter was unfriendly at best. The technician assigned to me Cherina Akbarzadeh, game me a release form containing a number of potential risks. I am familiar with these. When I asked what were the chances that the procedure would not work, she kept repeating that there were no warranties (logical), I was not asking for that, but she became very nervous, was very reticent to do the procedure and insisted that she did not feel comfortable doing the procedure because she interpreted my question of "what were the chances that it would not work" as intimidating. If you don't feel confident enough to inform your clients of the chances of a procedure being successful, then you are likely not capable of delivering results. I left. My gut feeling was that she lacked the confidence and professionalism needed to work near your eyes. I would stay clear of this place or try someone else with more self experience. read more

Cherina is AMAZING!! I decided to have the Keratin lash lift/tint done because of the trouble I have with getting my lashes to hold a curl. I also have long bangs that brush across the tips of my lashes and I have yet to find a mascara that doesn't flake throughout the day. Decided to get a keratin lash lift finally and let me say I was so overly satisfied with the whole experience and results! Cherina is AMAZING!! She's so sweet, patient, gentle, and thorough! Let me first say I had to call and cancel on her the day off my first appointment due to a little emergency I was having with me son and she was very understanding (first plus)!! When I finally was able to reschedule, the first thought walking inside the room was how nicely decorated and clean it was! She completely made me feel comfortable and explained everything that she was going to do. She offered to explain step by step of what she was doing the whole time (which is about an hour) but I declined since I didn't feel it necessary. She was very gentle and kept making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Do you guys know how important it is for our face to get facials??? Well I did not! And Cherina definitely informed me on how important it actually is. I went to her last week for a customized 80 min facial, and let me just say it was absolutely AMAZING! As soon as you walk in the room it just looks so inviting, the ambience is perfect. I LOVE the color scheme. I laid onto the bed and it felt like I was on a cloud! AND it was heated! So that helped drift me off to sleep even more. After seeing Cherina's first keratin lash lift post on Instagram, I've been wanting to get mine done. I was finally convinced to get myself in!
