Andrea has given me facials for a couple years now - she is careful, smart, intuitive and a delight to chat with while she performs her magic. I leave with skin feeling SO clean and glowing! Her massages are THE best. She is extraordinarily strong. This review has been long in coming. Today she gave a teen facial and lash lift to my daughter, and she, too, left feeling very happy about her skin and the fact that she survived her first extractions under Andrea's expert touch. I had a previous experience where I felt claustrophobic and anxious, and I explained this to her, bc I was nervous to try again, but she took such good care of me, the service was so smooth. great girl time, much needed. I've never really had a proper facial before, but coming to Audra Rose was the best foray into facials that I could have ever imagined. The salon is quaint, peaceful, and clean, and my whole experience was very serene. Danielle did such an amazing job with my facial, and she's just such a friendly and attentive person. She walked me through each of the steps so I was never left in the dark and addressed all the questions I had about my skin. It was overall such a relaxing experience, and my skin feels so incredibly soft and hydrated. My pores also noticeably shrunk in size. I haven't had a facial in years and found this salon on Groupon for a Signature Facial and I am so glad I went! Stepping into the salon, you're greeted with smiles and feel welcomed immediately. I believe Andrea was who worked on me (I apologize if I'm wrong) but she was AMAZING! She put me at ease, asked me what my problem areas where and started promptly on the facial. I have never ever fallen asleep during a facial but the massage she gave me was so relaxing, I went nighty night and even snored a bit. When I woke up, she didn't make me feel embarrassed and said this actually made her happy that I was able to be so relaxed to get to snooze-ville. Ambiance, service, everything was on-point and there is no reason anyone shouldn't come here. This was THE BEST facial I have ever had and I walked out of that salon with silk y smooth skin. It was my first facial and she patiently explained all the steps to me and took the time to do as many extractions as she could in an hour. I've had two types of facials with Andrea. I really like the products and the different methods they use. My skin felt wonderful, and I was completely relaxed. The room is cozy and comforting. I took my mother-in-law to Audra Rose salon for a facial. She is now 80 years old. And never had a facial before. She had quite a lot going on with her skin that required special attention. Audra was not only sensitive to her emotionally, as my MIL was embarrassed of her skin, but took care of her face with such a great skill. She emerged looking so refreshed and so renewed! I started going to Andrea a year ago, and needless to say, I am still a loyal client. On the day of our appointments, I usually tell her my concerns for my face (at that moment) and she'll recommend what I should be receiving. I never feel pressured to try anything new or feel pushed to buy any products. I trust what she does and am always eager to try her recommendations. She also checks up on me after my facials to see if everything is ok - which I really appreciate. The only downside is - not only does Andrea give fantastic facials, she is so nice and fun to talk to that I want to go back allllll the time! read more

I found Audra Rose Salon through Groupon and scheduled a facial to prep my skin, a few months before my wedding. I saw Ashleigh once a month and she put me on a new daily/nightly skin routine! And WOW!!! The day of my wedding I was being told that my face looked flawless and I had a beautiful Bride Glow! It could of been cause it was "THE BEST DAY EVER!!" I received the most wonderful Hydrafacial paired with Dermaplane from Andrea Powell! My skin was glowing like a glazed donut afterwards and even after a month, my skin looks and feels flawless. Every time I go to Audra Rose Salon, I have a great experience. Audra is very professional and warm. The other staff are also warm and approachable answering all sorts of questions. I have referred friends here and all have had great experiences. Over the years, I've done facials, peels, infrared light, eyelash extensions, endo, tanning, waxing/dying eyebrows, buying product, attending some of the special events (clothing sales, skin care sessions..)..... always a great experience. I really appreciate the location too.... never an issue finding parking. Finally - it was very cute, I brought my 80 yr old Dad here to have his eye brows shaped and brow / mustache darkened. He was a little nervous having this done. He walked out looking and more importantly feeling younger. And unlike the at home version he had previously tried, he did NOT look like Groucho Marx. I literally drafted this review in the notes on my phone because I was so happy with my service! I had my lashes done only once before, 2 months prior, and while I loved the effect, the customer service at this other place left me unimpressed and nervous to get refills. Eventually I found my way to Audra and I'm so thankful I did! The salon is beautiful, tranquil, and clean. Audra herself was so kind and sweet, and I immediately knew I was in good hands. After 5 days, I usually have many breakouts but after my second silk peel with Audra, my skin was left very clean and without any acne. When I went to my appointment, they told me they didn't have Dysport and only had Daxxify. I ended up getting Daxxify twice and paid $500, which was almost double what I usually pay for my forehead treatment. It didn't work at all--no results. (I personally recommend not wasting your money on Daxxify.) I called them several times and asked for a refund. Eventually, they gave me another appointment for a Dysport treatment at no cost. But even after that, I still didn't get satisfying results. After all these injections and spending $500 just for my forehead, I personally do not recommend Ava Rejuvenation. I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience. Please do your research before choosing where to go for your treatment.

By management stress levels are high with me because I take risks, adapt to change and keep my head up and moving forward in life. Spa visits like 4 times a year including massages at locals spas I don't take Minh Ha care for granted. After my skin care analysis Minh got to her craft and did her work and face was cleansed and moisturized and had some extractions that were surprisingly less painful than most I have had at most salon spa service. This is top of the line work so expect to pay about $50 - $60 more than the average spa and or salon out their for a guy. The effects of the anti aging facial last I assume 2 - 3 months or 2-3 more times than the average facial, sans head and shoulder massage. I take pride in my skin I had one pretty significant accident tanning In Vegas in my younger days that left some damage to my face and cant afford lower if barely less self esteem if that makes some sense. Minh did a careful assessment of my skin, she followed up on the q and a, took pictures and asked some easy to answer health questions. I recommend Mihn Ha if you have the patience and time to work with her expertise and she is licensed for those that want to know. Be mindful of time and answer all questions to help with insight. At the start of the appointment I told the lady doing my pedicure that I am severely allergic to lavender. So please do NOT use lavender on me. After about 10 minutes, she started trying to put a purple sugar scrub on my legs. When I asked if it was lavender, she looked shocked and said "oh my gosh yes I am so sorry" and switched it out with a Cherry Sage sugar scrub instead. The rest of the pedicure went fine, until we hit the massage part. She put purple lotion on my legs, so I again asked: "is that lavender" she said yes and started to rub it in as I jerked away and said: "I AM ALLERGIC!" she immediately grabbed some towels and water and got it off but by then I was already getting dizzy from the smell. She finished my appointment with no other accidents, but for my safety I will not return. The owner of this establishment really should have a talk with his staff about what the words "allergy" and "allergic" mean.

I really really wanted to make this place my go to for gel x and builder gel nails, but they simply…read moredo not respect their customers' time. I do not think they keep track of appointments and, if they do, I simply cannot imagine how. I have tried texting and the response I get every time is "ok", even if I ask a question in my appointment request. I've tried making an appointment online and the appointment slots are always available and open, which can't be true. While in the salon, I've seen them answer the phone when someone calls to make an appointment, they are always on speakerphone, and I have never seen anyone write anything down after the phone call, they say ok and then just continue to work. Out of the 5 or 6 times I've been here I have only been seen at the time of my appointment once. Once! I am often waiting 30-45 mins and I stay because I have a very tight schedule and make appointments on the only days I can. I'm currently sitting waiting for my 5:00 appointment and it is 5:40 and there are 5 others also waiting, though I don't know what time their appointments are or were. (At 5:06 my manicurist asked me to wait 15 mins and I said fine....but I ended up leaving at 5:45 because she was doing someone's pedicure.) I have always been happy with the services I've received here and their prices are reasonable, which are the reasons for the 2 stars, but I simply will not be back due to their constant lack of respect of "appointment times".
