When I inquired why the first visit was a higher cost. I was told there was an $80 first customer visit fee. This is something I should've been made aware of on my first visit. If I was made aware of this, I could've easily gone to my primary physician and and could have avoided this cost. It is an unethical practice to not make a patient aware of this additional charge for a first time patient fee. It also makes no sense because I had to fill out the same amount of paperwork on both visits. Go to your primary physician if you can avoid using this company. I don't recommend them.

While I think being kind and well mannered is a huge plus, it is not the only thing required in service, especially when it comes to medical care. I don't want my review to be taken as if these people we rude or bad people in anyway at all. I just feel as though patients shouldn't leave the room feeling that any questions were left unanswered, let alone none at all.

After calling the office, I was told I would have to pay another $95, on top of the $166 from the annual exam, if I wanted to have my prescription back, which again, KEEPS ME ALIVE! not to mention the entire time I've been at this practice (was seeing Dr. Rutledge before BLESSED, she wasn't any better) my severe stomach pain, joint pain, nausea, GI issues, and urinary incontinency have been completely ignored. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER before stepping foot in here because again, they will schedule your appointment and wait until you arrive to tell you information is missing and you can't be seen. The director yawned out loud during my session with him, that was professional. Although I was there an hour, 45-50 minutes I worked on my own, the PT only worked with me about 10 minutes. As I was working with PT for 10 minutes they were talking across the room to others instead of focusing on me. Most PT did not seem to be familiar with my injury, so they obviously didn't read my file or ask me directly. They did not send the reports they told me they would be sending to my Orthopaedic surgeon until I questioned them, they lied said they were sent but when I called surgeon's office the only report they had was from the day I questioned them. Although the bathrooms seemed pretty clean the rest of the facility did not, there was an outlet without a face plate right out in the open. Thank god insurance adjusted what they got paid because their $300 plus per visit is not worth it. I even gave them a very poor review and they didn't care enough to call me and discuss the issues, you would think they would want to improve, obviously not.
