Cheese steak with onions and peppers and provolone
    Val C.

I stopped here to get a cheesesteak after dropping my granddaughter in Maryland. The cheesesteak is decent but not the best. However, it has a lot of meat in it. The ambiance is not great and it's really dark inside the seating area. It feels a bit deserted like no one journeys to that end of the casino. The food came fast but you have to add your own seasonings.

These were some of the items I collected from the women (yes one is a COVID mask) who were trying to help me out

I will immediately start off by stating that this review has nothing to do with the gambling or wins / losses, but EVERYTHING to do with what I believe is an EVIDENT lack of gender diversity at the right decision making tables because within a virtually 24/7 round the clock casino there is not one single solitary feminine product dispensing machine (paid or unpaid) in a restroom in the entire building which includes the employee restrooms! How is this even possible in 2023? I literally asked every single housekeeping attendant who embarrassingly felt ashamed to tell me that they took the paying dispensers out a while ago after they were being broken into, then I proceeded to ask every other female employee I saw including dealers to which one was kind enough to say that on her break she would give me a tampon she keeps in her purse for emergencies ... to only have her realize that once it was break time and she got to her purse that she didn't have one with her (& she too felt so bad because she wanted to help, I then proceeded to do what I would consider to be PANHANDLING FOR TAMPONS OR PADS in the restroom by asking every single woman who walked in if she had one to spare since there were none in the entire casino, to which I discovered most of the female patrons didn't have products either as they were beyond the age of a monthly cycle (yet a couple of them brainstormed on how to literally use other means to get the protection - piling paper towels in my panties, using a COVID mask) then one woman recommended I check the gift shop because they said they believed they should carry them .... so I ran there and while the cashier believed they carried them upon searching for them they literally had none ... NONE! How does the one retailer in the casino NOT have them when the casino ripped the machines out of the female restrooms???! My last hope was security who immediately hopped into action (& he was a male) and he couldn't believe there were no products in the restrooms for purchase or for free so he called a supervisor and explained the situation, again, apologizing to me for the inconsideration of the casino, the female supervisor arrived promptly, again, apologizing on behalf of the inconsideration of the casino and provided me with her PERSONAL feminine napkin! How are there not even emergency supplies for patrons or employees in this place???? This casino knows you will be in it for HOURS at a time and sometimes without a way to drive to a CVS or Walgreens (if you are on a bus trip) and they will of course take as much money as you can give them, yet they don't have the decency to provide women with options to purchase or provide complimentary tampons or pads!!!!??!?!!!! Oh and let me not forget to mention that on top of this they then also have the nerve to have WHITE SEATS at table games for you to leave blood stains on should you not have a tampon or pad or just so happen to have an accident while gambling ... literally the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER when it doesn't have to be because it could be prevented by basic human decency and by having female representation in the room when decisions are being made!!!! Signed - an HR professional who SITS at the table to help ensure her company makes the right decisions for employees AND customers, and who also is a PLATINUM MGM Rewards player who was ready to give this casino a shot yet who will now never again step foot in this establishment again because they don't a single damn about trying to understand women!

On a roll deli. Second floor.

Food is good.. priced as you'd expect. I couldn't find any pics of prices so I took a quick photo so you all could know what they have and how much it was

We drove up to Delaware to place a few super bowl bets. I was surprised by how packed the parking lot was. Once we noticed just how many people were inside, I opted to stay in the car while my fiancé went to the second floor to place our bets. I play the crap tables, so I was kinda of disappointed that I wouldn't be playing due to the casino not making Covid precautions a priority. I will give them another try when Covid is over, because an hour drive is short for cheaper crap tables.

1'26'2019 Hmmm, let's see how this goes !!

Nice casino! Free parking, open 24 hours, small and quaint. Plenty of eating options and local hotels nearby. This casino is like a bite size Vegas. I personally like the fact that is more intimate and they keep activities going on here as well. They evening that we visited, that had an eighties/nineties party going on and those folks were in there raising the roof! I would definitely visit this place again, it's a hop, skip and jump away from where I live yet a nice get away for the weekend :)

By the time we walked In the 5th race was going off. We figured let's get a bite and by the time we have our food racing cancelled for the rest of the day. This happens way too much here. Last week all 3 days and today no reason really provided. It was a little windy but nothing crazy that racing needed to be cancelled. Seems 10 years after the casino comes in the track is really an afterthought. The track condition is terrible, the seating is old and worn, hell they have some much wasted space inside and 1 bar and a small snack stand. It's like a slow painful death it seems. The purses are terrible. They need to overhaul the management and breathe some new life for this place or it won't last 5 more years.

It attracts hundreds of workers and their families, with plenty of food and drink to go around. Of course, the strongest attraction are the horses raced around the mile+ track during the festivities. We were able to see (and bet on, if so inclined) eight races, some of which had the starter gate right in front of us, so we had a good look at the majestic steeds. I don't know enough about racing to gamble, so we just sat back and enjoyed the beautiful sleek powerful horses walk, cantor and gallop before us. The food was fairly much traditional, with burgers, dogs, bbq chicken and Italian sweet sausage casserole, with corn on the cob and mixed salad as sides. Very easy to overeat, and then go after the vanilla soft serve cones for dessert. I was satisfied with one of those, but my seductive companion brought me three more before we were ready to leave. How to say. "No!"? This event was great for morale, with spouses and kids around to be comfortable with mom and dad's work place. These guys make a lot of money. Glad to see they share at least a little of it with the people who make it possible. See you all next year.

Instead of answering what should have been a very basic question, I was told that I needed to "bring my tone down." When I explained that I no longer wanted to speak with the representative who was not helping me and asked to speak with a supervisor, I was hung up on. I called back and, unbelievably, had another similarly unprofessional experience. I again asked to speak with a supervisor, but they were unable or unwilling to connect me with one. I was simply trying to find out the rate for a room. It should not be this difficult. If a potential customer becomes frustrated because they cannot get a straightforward answer, lecturing them about their tone rather than addressing the problem is not customer service. Hanging up on someone who asks for a supervisor is even more concerning. In a way, I'm glad this happened before I booked a room because it gave me a very clear indication of the level of customer service I could expect. I will absolutely take my business elsewhere and will not stay at this property.

I purchased the VIP experience, but if I'm being honest, it didn't feel very VIP. The perks were pretty limited: just a couple of extra drink tickets (which didn't do much for me since I don't drink) and individual charcuterie boards. I was expecting something that felt a little more elevated and exclusive for the price. One thing that did stand out was the facility itself. The restrooms were surprisingly spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, definitely nicer than I expected for a racetrack venue. The event itself was enjoyable, and I'm glad I experienced it at least once. That said, it wasn't the kind of event that left a lasting impression. Nothing was wrong with it. It just didn't feel memorable enough to make me want to come back. It was boring, tbh... Ratings: - Event: (2/5) - VIP Experience: (2/5) - Atmosphere: (4/5) - Value: (2/5) Overall Rating: (2/5)
