I am a long-time fan of Andrea Kennedy as a teacher, first with yoga and now with the amazing Melt Method. I've practiced yoga, (although not faithfully, I must admit) since the 1970s with a variety of teachers. Andrea is the very best of them. She knows bodies, and she is a healer. In recent years she has been offering classes in The Melt Method and has rocked my soul and body. A means of working with the fascia that connects every part of the body, Melt is better than Acetaminophen for what ails. The restorative aspect for your body is proven with a before and after assessment in each session. It feels great and it is a practice I actually stick with. There's plenty of machines and you can do just about anything there. There's also cleaning supplies that you can take with you throughout the gym. The ONLY thing I'd suggest they get is the filtered water fountain where you can fill your water bottle up. Other than that it's a good spot to get one in.
