A nice and very knowledgeable man by the name of Kevin came out to inspect my house. He then spent the next hour and a half THOROUGHLY searching and sealing possible entries and exits for critters. He educated me and my husband on what to look out for, and asked questions so he could understand exactly how the mice were traveling in our home. That was in January. It is now the end of April and we haven't seen any mice or evidence of them since! I am finally able to move freely in my house again without worrying about those nasty pests running across my path. The guy who seems as far as I can tell to be the only employee, said he wasn't sure he was allowed to discuss that with me and had to have his manager call me. It was a huge red flag because all pest control people who are licensed should know that they are required by law to not only tell you what chemicals they use, but show you the labels of their chemicals as well as their license number before providing a service.
