This back and forth went on for a month and a half - her poor baby was in pain and suffering and finally had to be put down while on antibiotics over the weekend. She had a severe UTI and was in kidney failure, not to mention anemic due to the blood loss. The pain and suffering her cat went through and the anxiety it caused my daughter was unnecessary! The ease of booking online was nice. I was greeted by a receptionist that was polite and friendly. She explained the process and gave me instructions. Someone came to get my puppy eve while I filled out paperwork. I did a few add ons like nail clipping and microchipping. My puppy's incision was clean and dry and she is healing nicely. He genuinely cares about your pet and not just milking you for money, and I love his give it to you straight personality. A few years ago my cat had a little infection and needed antibiotics. We needed a refill but forgot the medicine bottle at home. Dr. Kapolka waited for us to go home and return with the bottle (during an evening visit), instead of charging us full price for a brand new bottle. The staff is always friendly. When I found a pregnant kitten on the street, the front desk person calmly talked me through her labor on a Saturday morning. I can't imagine trusting my baby in the hands of anyone else. A few minutes later he was back to exploring and didn't want to leave. DJ assisted with getting Sans ready and we proceeded to check out. There was an issue with my card and my bank was not open yet. David, Mia, Lauren and Kelly were very kind and patient as I sat in the waiting room to resolve the matter. The item I bought off of him was for heart worms for the dog. My dog did not have Heart worms, To make that clear. My dog weighs 30 pounds. The product he gave me was for dogs at 0 to 25lbs. I did not look at it till I got home. I called and asked him if he had the right one for my size dog, He said no, But I will order it. I told him to give me my cash back and I will get it someplace. He said no cash back, I went back to bring back the item and He wanted to write me a check. He said he has no cash in place. I do not believe that at all. It was 35.00 and that is all I wanted back in cash is what I paid him in. When I get there he had the new one for my dog and tried to charged me another 10.00 for it. So I said no thanks Just give me the 35.00 back. I will pass. Again, he said no, I have no cash. Mind you this is a Vet Hospital that accepts cash credit cards and what ever else. No one will tell me he did not have cash to give me back. NO ONE. So my conclusion is Never trust this man at all. He will not give you money back even if he is wrong. I went specifically to get my cat put to sleep and I told them that from the beginning on many…read moreoccasions. I made my decision and had the talk with my kids the night before after taking him to multiple vets previously. We went to them because they were the only one to take our appointment on short notice. They didn't ask any information about the situation, condition, symptoms, diagnosis or anything. They took my cat to a room and went ahead and try to treat an untreatable situation. After finding that out I went to three different staff to talk to the doctor they all tell me to wait and be patient while my 15 year old weak cat is suffering. An hour and half went by I was finally allowed to talk to the doctor and I told her again for the last time I want him to go peacefully. She finally gave in and agreed to the request But I was charged for the treatment that I didn't request for and they didn't tell me about. So,I paid 310 to get my cat euthanized. I'm happy my fur baby best friends isn't in pain no more But I miss him dearly.
