Threw water on our house from mixing grout which now we have splashes of "white" water all over our brick. The worker and owner (Chris) is very arrogant and Chris tries to intimidate you showing up that he's MR. BIG and if you ask questions or stick up for yourself the workers have to call Chris and he shows up and walks right into your house like he owns it. Caught the worker going into my refrigerator because his cooler wasn't keeping his Red Bulls cold. Have more damage to my house that we have to fix and repair after they left. The shower head I ordered, I did not get and it was put up that it hits the wall to where you can not use it. Had to wait a couple of days for a new light fixture because it "didn.t" work, i guess so if it sat for weeks in monsoon and you pick up the box and crumbles and tilt it as a water fall comes out of it. Ruined a dresser that was in our hallway when you come out of the bathroom because we used it for our "work" table. This was the only bathroom we have and was told to get a gym membership so we could bathe and then when they where done we could cancel the membership. WHAT! Also mixed grout in my kitchen because (was told) it was to cold outside to mix it? WHAT. So have grout splattered over some cabinets. They Didn't like it when my husband was home, but totally blew smoke up you know where with me...I think to funny. If you have a pet, you better put them in daycare or another part of your house because the one worker acts like he doesn't like (dogs) and is mean, so I guess we can leave work even earlier. I have been waiting a month for my "parts to come in" since the initial diagnosis of my fridge. They told me that my parts were on back order and that they'd see them next week. Well, that week came and went as did three other weeks. I've tried calling and leaving messages with me being essentially ghosted since then. I understand parts go on back order as i'm in the automotive industry. But if you DONT KNOW when parts are coming in, just communicate that with the customer? Frigidaire are the ones who set me up with this company to service the warranty repair on my fridge. I asked them if the parts were on back order in any point in time and they told me they never were. I have never experienced worse service, and customer service than this. No one would answer my calls or voicemails until i reached out to Frigidaire themselves and had them call this bogus company. After multiple false promises of the days my parts would be delivered, someone FINALLY called me and asked me to confirm my appointment for the next day (July 11). I told her "I had no idea l even had an appointment tomorrow? Did my parts come in?" She told me they had so i told her i'd absolutely take the appointment. She told me someone would come to my house July 11 2025 to service my fridge between 8am-5pm. I called my dad to see if he was available to be at my house all day until they showed up so he cleared his schedule to be there. Well no one ever showed up! Lol. I called at 4pm July 11th to make sure someone would still be here today and they promised they would be and that the technician was just running a bit behind schedule. She said they'd be there between 6pm-7pm. So here i am. Waiting. It is now 8 pm. I have been sitting here since i got off work waiting for this jank company to show up and do what they promised to do and unfortunately it is likely not happening. So I will likely go another month without a fridge or have to go buy another one (because everyone has an extra 700-1000 dollars laying around. Right?). They have completely waisted my time and are the absolute WORST. I was so impressed with them when they came to diagnose my fridge but clearly it was all a facade. They're scam artists. I called Frigidaire and reported how terrible they are to them and requested that they take them off their warranty list for the pittsburgh area. Unfortunately I just got around to reading the other reviews on here and probably wouldn't of wasted my time had i'd seen those first. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and will continue taking it up the chain. What is the point of wasting peoples time? If you were never going to show up and just no call-no show me just say that. I'll find an actual, reputable company to do the repairs or just have Frigidaire replace my fridge. This was only possible because I kept detailed records of every missed appointment, ignored call, "backordered" part, closed ticket, and instance of blatant disrespect and dishonesty. The customer service was beyond unacceptable. Communication was nonexistent, promises were broken repeatedly, and I was left chasing answers that never came. I also asked how long the repair would take and was told 1 week. I was told that it would cost $80 to repair and provide basic maintenance (oiling, check operation of machine). I dropped off the machine, but now I was told that the ETA would be approximately 2 weeks. Near the end of 2 weeks, I called to check the status of repair and was told they were a bit backed up and the service repair technician would look over the next week. To sum it up, I had to keep calling to check the status of the repair. For each call that I made, I was given ANOTHER EXCUSE! Finally, I advised them that it has been close to a month and I was losing money because I do repairs on the side. She informed me that she would have the technician pull my machine for observation. Two days later, I was contacted to advise that my machine was ready for pickup, but my zig-zag function would not work due to a broken gear part that could not be found. Did the technician ever search for the available part? I then questioned if the $80 (already paid in advance) should be lowered because the machine WAS NOT IN full operation mode (can't zig zag). I agreed that a fee should be paid to the service technician for his time, but why $80? At that time, the woman told me that she would provide a store credit in the amount of $40, valid for 90 days. I advised that there was nothing that I could purchase in this amount, could you just reimburse me? She advised that she would speak with her accountant to ask if $40 could be reimbursed. I didn't receive an update on this request, so I decided to stop by the store. The woman NOW SAYS that the $40 couldn't be reimbursed and tried to sell me refurbished sewing machines ranging in price from $500-$1200 ($40 could be applied to this purchase). Every time I spoke with this lady, her story changed and she ALWAYS provided an excuse as to why Thornton Sewing Repair wasn't providing the service that they promised. I NOW DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THAT YOU TELL ME, so I DEFINITELY WOULDNT' GIVE YOU $500-$1200 FOR ANYTHING IN YOUR STORE. You have proven to be very untrustworthy! I will never make the mistake of PAYING UP FRONT FOR ANYTHING! I NEVER do business in this manner, why I chose this time, I don't know!
