A female employee quickly came over to assist us and give us information. She rapidly gave us a ton of specs and information on a bunch of the refrigerators. Since I wasn't well versed in the different brands, styles, specs etc, it was a lot of information to take in so quickly. I must have missed something that she said, because after I asked her a question about one of the refrigerators, she looked at my girlfriend, shook her head, rolled her eyes, and said "geeze it's like pulling your hair out with him." I couldn't believe it! What an extremely rude and disgusting comment. I am the customer! You aren't supposed to be insulting the customer. How stupid can you be? So unprofessional and nasty. I was planning on purchasing a lot of things from this highway appliance for my new house, but not after that experience!

I reached out via the phone and spoke with Bonnie to inquire more about them. I then reached out via FB messenger to see if certain pieces were still available and she was so accommodating and helpful. Yesterday we stopped in to check out some pieces. Bonnie and the gentleman there were both so kind, helpful and understanding. They couldn't have been any nicer. They have a huge selection of furniture, both new and used to choose from. You can rent or buy. A lot of furniture at more "typical" stores right now is on back order which isn't always ideal. Some of the used furniture is in better or worse condition than the next which is to be expected since they can't control how someone cares for the furniture they are leasing. The location was easy to get to with a great parking lot right next door. The space itself was immaculate. Everything was clean and easy to see. They explained how they thoroughly cleaned the each item they lease when it gets turned in which makes me feel much better about buying used from them versus elsewhere. It's definitely a great place to check out if you're in the market for new furniture!

I immediately called Derek,send him pictures and even though they are crazy busy he sent James and John out at end of day to at least get the awning retracted and then took it down and laid it on the deck. Then, by the end of Friday Derek had James & John come out and re-install it in time for our holiday weekend. Kudos to Derek,James & John for the quick turnaround in the repair of our awning. Upon entering business, a female employee who was not wearing a mask, brought carpet samples to me, but did not social distance in any way or attempt to. I kept backing away from her as she continued to come into my personal space. Another employee came in, and he was not wearing a mask. I inquired why neither were wearing masks. I was told by the male " it is my personal preference not to." I looked at my husband and said "I do not want to do business here" and we left abruptly. This business made me VERY uncomfortable.
