I used DeLeon Bros for my 2026 Tesla Model 3 Performance to do a pillar delete. Benjamin worked on the project. I negotiated the price, they agreed, and they asked for payment upfront and completed the job. Unfortunately, the result was very poor. I could see the underlayer color and there were visible curls along the edges. I couldn't accept that level of quality. I requested a refund, but they refused and instead offered to redo the work. However, given the initial quality, I don't feel confident trusting them with a second attempt. Benjamin did not provide good customer service. He mentioned lack of time, low pricing, and other excuses. As a business owner myself, I don't find that acceptable. People care about their cars--no matter the price, even if it's just $5, the job should be done properly. Otherwise, don't take the job.

My experience with these brothers has been amazing! I don't know them from anything other than my own geeky research that I did before tinting both of my vehicles with them. I literally reached out to about 20 different tint shops. Yes, that's how I do it. I know it's excessive, but that's how I roll. I have experience on getting tint on an every single vehicle I've ever owned for the past 30 years. So my ability to sift past BS, high prices, unprofessionalism and shoddy work is pretty strong. I have to say that these gentlemen are a breath of fresh air. They are in my experience the most professional, honest and high quality tint shop you will find in the Inland Empire. Benjamin's customer service is admirable, and his ability to explain in great detail what they do and how they do it as well as answer so many questions with patience and professional poise is downright impressive. They are not the cheapest in town and they shouldn't be, however their pricing is respectable and competitive. If cheap is your thing, don't be that way with tint as it is a recipe for disaster, only leading to further frustration and inconvenience down the road. In my vehicles, I transport precious cargo everywhere I go, that includes my beautiful wife and 4 babies. My wife was recently diagnosed with a sun allergy and my babies are fair skinned like her. I trusted the DeLeon Bros to tint both my vehicles all the way around with the highest caliber tint, offering the best protection against the sun's harmful rays they had. The pricing, installation, workmanship, professionalism, and overall satisfaction was TOP NOTCH. These guys do not disappoint. If you're looking to get tint, go with quality for your vehicles on your first attempt. Go with the DeLeon Bros and you will not regret it.

I got my Tesla ceramic tinted at DeLeon Bros Tint on 02/21/2025, and after about a month of testing it out, I can confidently say it's been wonderful. California gets HOT, and the ceramic tint truly makes a big difference in keeping my car cooler. It's noticeably more comfortable getting into the car now, even on sunny days. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Communication was quick and easy, and the team was very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was done perfectly. I'll definitely be coming back to get the top of my car ceramic tinted next. This NOVEMBER -2025- Windshield was repaired properly. The glass from damaged windshield was not largely REMOVED. The Windshield wiper hose (temporarily removed to replace glass) was damaged. Technician offered to fix damaged connector with tape; unacceptable. I plan to submit bill for actual repair. I expect a down pour this week and will check for leaks. In the future I will ask to observe repair. Take your chances. read more

Made an appointment to have ceramic coating and uv tint put on our new car. They got us right in and got the car back to us at the promised time. The car looked clean and their work looked very professional! Happy with their work. Returned a few days later to have ppf (paint protection film) put on. They squeezed us in and worked on it all night (electronics on our car notified us each time doors were opened)! Thanks for a great job! read more

Best Tint shop I ever found! I was desperate to find a really good tint shop because I had found other reviews from other tint shops and they were not good. Until I found this place and thought I could give it a shot. Benjamin really helped me out a lot! Even though the price got messed up but he still honored it and did an amazing job!. I requested the original tint removal, wanted a clear ceramic front windshield to be covered, front two windows 5% tint and the back windows to the rear windows 5% tint. There is not really air bubbles on my tint at all. These guys work really hard and it was a total of six hours my tint was finished by the end of the day. These guys are super cool and took really good care of my car. And I also saw my car on their tiktok!! Thank you so much! I was looking for a quality window tint to surprise my wife while she was out of town. The first place I went was closed so I drove to De Leon, called their number, they mentioned they were by appointment however they would come right down in 5 minutes to service my wife's Q7 Audi. Benjamin De Leon was very personable & explained to me my different tint options, pricing, and I felt he didn't "over sell" me. After the tinting was completed, I didn't feel it was as dark enough or consistent with the rest of the vehicle and Benjamin wanted to make sure I was happy so he offered to redo the tinting for free to make sure I was completely satisfied. The redo came out perfectly and I'm one happy camper!! Thanks Benjamin and to Benjamin's brother for going above, beyond, and with a courteous, kind, "customer is always right" type attitude to make sure I was 100% satisfied. You guys ROCK! read more

I walked in after calling multiple times over the week and no one answered. I came here because…read moreTesla promotes them and I wanted tint that won't void my car's warranty. I inquired about tinting and mentioned casually that I came in because their online price is better than Tesla's price. The guy was shocked and said no that their price is the same as Tesla's. I showed him the online price (on my phone) and he also proceeded to show me the price on his monitor. He said both are outdated and "the guys" haven't updated it yet and that the price online should be $200 more. I mentioned they would have to honor the advertised price online and he said they don't. I told him I would file a complaint with BBB because that's not good business practices. This business doesn't care about losing customers with false advertising. Edit: By the time I got home, they already updated the online pricing, and the front windshield tint cost for Model Y now is $299 instead of the $199 shown in my screenshots. Edit #2: The owner responded today and said their pricing policy was explained to me in detail, which it was not, and also said that service was offered at the current price, which it was not either. When I walked in yesterday, I asked specifically if their pricing online was accurate and the person at the desk told me "yes". Then I pointed out that it was great because I had noticed their pricing online was lower than Tesla's price. The person at the counter then argued with me (in a not-friendly manner), that pricing was the same as Tesla's and that I was wrong. He kept repeating that I was wrong and to show him the pricing and screenshots. I proceeded to show him the price online on my phone and told them the price Tesla offered for tinting when I purchased my car. It was then that the person at the counter said their advertised price was outdated. Nothing about the interaction yesterday was professional. And per California law (SB 478) business are required to honor the lowest advertised price, especially if it was a previous price that was not updated. A simple Google search before responding to my review would have informed the owner that. And the owner's response today doesn't portray the interaction as it happened, offers no resolution and lacks knowledge of his legal requirement to honor the lowest advertised price.

Went in to get a quote on front windshield tint, was greeted and taken care of immediately. Super friendly and thorough they let me know exactly what I needed to know and how long it would take and the pricing was straight forward no BS add ons. Made my car look so much better once the tint went on was so impressed with the speed and quality of work I brought in a piece for them to wrap, and it was the same deal they made it look fantastic and told me the steps needed to maintain the wrap. Overall super satisfied with the service and communication from these two guys, would recommend to anyone who wants good service and no hidden fee.
