This business' staff communicated better than I could have asked. They kept me in mind for open appointments with my crazy schedule, provided and explained information on tinting, and they had an unbeatable price compared to others I reached out to. I needed to wait two hours with my appt to get my windshield replaced. In the time I was waiting, the owner has interrogating one of the employees through the phone and you could hear the entire conversation. After that, he went to the back and started to yell at his employees and cussed them out. Which just made it feel like an extremely hostile environment. Luckily, my son was picked up by his dad. Called on a Friday and was able to get scheduled for early Monday morning. They honored their quoted price for windshield replacement and recalibration. There was a hiccup in communication regarding estimated wait time but they worked as fast as they could to get me out as soon as they could -- and still did quality work. Unfortunately, this is my second windshield replacement for this year (freeway debris!) and my first time I went through my insurance (AAA certified provider - Safelite in Rancho) and the experience I had there was AWFUL - it took almost 2 hrs longer than they quoted, they did not correctly recalibrate my windshield (my HUD stopped functioning as it had prior to the replacement), and they left my windshield wiper fluid disconnected. Anyway, all to say, I was nervous about finding a quality shop. But I am SO happy with my experience here! My windshield looks great and the HUD hasn't caused me any trouble in the last 5 days of driving. I am planning to be a repeat customer and get my windows tinted/solar protected. Forgot to mention, while in line, there was a couple in front of me who were checking in for their appointment and the employee was trying to confirm which vehicle was scheduled that day and the couple clarified and then said "yeah... (acknowledging that multiple vehicles were likely listed under their customer profile), we bring all of our vehicles here and recommend you guys to all of our friends and family". It's been over a week since I had the work done. Made an appointment through yelp, they were able to give me an appointment within the week. The price was great compared to other places I had been looking. I came to my appointment and Jeff helped me out. They were short staffed because of COVID but still told me they would do their best to get me in and out. I waited about an hour and a half and the car was done! There was a little problem but I pointed it out and they fixed it right away! I waited a week for the bubbling to disappear and now it looks amazing. I'm really happy with with job that they did. It made a big difference for me as I was not expecting anything but only to prove my claims, and that after he saw my complaints and the issue. Jeff did not waste time giving me any excuses but straight to resolve my concern and the problem. I was impressed. As a business owner myself, he and I shared the same vision in customer service and we both hope that one day our employees will do the same. No one is perfect, but the attitude makes a difference on how relationships are build for long term. I will now feel comfortable going back and do more business with Jeff. It is that after the review and talking to Joe I was excited to get my Tesla to do the clear bra with the shop even though it is far from my place. After two days, I was totally disappointed with the work and the quote was misleading. I got bubbles in different places, the cut was off and pieces hanging nonstick plastic on the edge on the bumper. On top of that, my car was all dirty, which I got detailed just the day before dropping off I don't know why it took two days to do such a poor job and only half of the car. Joe was nice enough to give me a discount, still over priced for the work and it ruined my first Tesla experience. I should have listened to the unhappy customer who I met the day I dropped off my car and warned me to do the job there as he too came back because the work was done poorly on his window tint. Came to Rodz Tint shop to get my window done to help reduce heat. Went with the 3M Crystaline series tint for maximum heat reduction and as a bonus it adds a rainbow like sheen to it at a certain angle. Gonna have to come back her to get the rest of my tint redone by them. They did an awesome job on the windshield. Side and back windows were done by someone who im not going back to. Word of advice, dont go for the cheap stuff other places offer, tint will change colors and start to buble like my back window is starting to. Because I had privacy windows on my back windows they lady was extremely patient explaining to my husband & I what the tint would look like if I chose medium or limo. Then because of a bad experience I had at a previous tint place they happily walked around my car with me to note any dings or scratches so I could be sure they didn't do it. Thank you to Rodz for the 3M tint! I selected the dark tint which is the shade before limo. I was initially quoted $179 for the full car, but they up-sold me to the FX Premium package for $199. It took about 3-4 hours for them to install the tint, but the finished job looks really good. The 3M tint has a lifetime warranty that's applicable nationwide. The staff is super nice and helpful. Not sure what I can say that hasn't already been said. Rodz Tint Touch work is exemplary! Their attention to detail is unmatched. They have a passion for his work that shows in the results. I was referred to RODZ TINT TOUCH for a tint job on my Model S by a friend of mine whose life has been restoring classic cars for decades. When I called RODZ I found They were booked out for about a month but that didn't dissuade me. It just reaffirms they do a great job and they get lots of referrals because of it. When i came in , Jeff showed me the different levels of tint and explained the differences in light and infrared wavelength blocking capabilities. He kept my car for about a half day. When I picked it up, it was one of those moments where the results actually exceeded my expectations because of how fresh it made the car look!! Another thing is that when you open the doors on a Tesla, the windows automatically drop down about an eigth of an inch. He was aware of this and made sure that he ran the film completely to the top edge of each door window. I have seen other cheaper jobs where that wasn't done. While I was there Jeff and I spoke about their other work and showed me some of his full body and front wrap bra jobs on a Porsche and a Mustang GT. You couldn't tell anything had been done except for the shine. That work was exceptional as well! So i ended up getting the Clear Bra Paint Protection as well . They gave me options but i went with Llumar (10 year warranty) after doing my research. So happy with the work and will be recommending to all my family and friends. Out of all the tinting places nearby, this one had the most reasonable prices and Jeff was able to get me an appointment in a couple of days to install the window tint and clear bra paint protection and ceramics coating on my 2023 BMW. Most other shops I called were scheduling appointments one or two months out. I arrived at a very clean and professional looking shop. All the staff was very friendly , professional and informative. They even offered us snack and beverages as soon as we arrive. The process was very efficient and everyone skews what they're doing. They completed the install for for both window tint and clear bra and ceramic coating in 4 days and it looks amazing. Update.. the manager was very understanding of how upset I was and provided a discount to remove the tint on my back window and complete the tint on my back doors. I'm happy that my car is tinted, however I was still not willing to pay the full price for the protective tint on my front windshield so I'm bummed that all of the services I wanted couldn't be done when I was initially quoted and dropped my car off 2 weeks ago. I also picked up my car and once I turned it on, all of my check engine lights were on (engine, tires, wheels, etc) and it would have been nice of them to explain before I got in the car that I should expect that... instead of me having to turn my car on/ off in their parking lot 5 times before walking BACK in there and asking why all the lights were on. LOL..... Overall, I absolutely still wouldn't recommend this place, as it turns out they still won't address the issue of why they are using the name Rodz Tint, when they are in fact Superior Auto. Also, the sales person who appears to be the only one who will provide the quotes, take your payment, etc. is not educated what so ever on the true needs of your car to provide an accurate quote for the services needed. He the mgr actually admitted to my fiancé that "it's hard to find people who he trusts to work at the front" when clearly the person you've hired is young and not skilled in this field to know what he's talking about. You're better off inquiring with other auto tinting/ detailing places that have a skilled technician be able to assess your car and provide an accurate quote before they take your money and delay the overall time of completion. read more

Joe is the go-to guy when you'd like to know more about tints and their services. They do have window houses tinting too. They also have other services that we'd like to get but since everything is quite expensive, we slow down and wait until we recover from the cost. So far, we are happy with how they tinted both our cars. We didn't get the best discount though but I think they stood up to the worth of their products as well as their services. What is impressive for my wife and I are the manual tinting along with the computerized cut for the tints of your windows. The guy who did our cars can do both manual tinting if their computer-cut tinting won't go well. We do have two other upcoming appointments for the windshield tints for the cars.
