Prices are RIDICULOUS, especially for the area. You would think thus was Chenal or Shakelford diner with these prices.

Everything was great. It is a bright, clean, casual diner with a farm-to-table sensibility…read more $15-$20 a plate, but all the food was quality made and flavorful. The only thing that was not exceptional was the "home fries," which were deep fried instead of grilled and lacked any seasoning or additional ingredients- just cubes and fried. For two people we got out for under $60. My wife had the avocado on toast and, again, everything including the bread felt like it was artisanal. Our server was prompt and polite, checking in on us a few times and asked us about our day. This is our best dining experience over the course of a few days in Little Rock.

I wanted to like this place because the atmosphere is cool and it's in a great spot downtown, but…read moremy experience was just okay. Service was the biggest issue. It really wasn't that busy, but our server was pretty inattentive. We waited longer than we should have for simple things, and it was hard to get their attention. The food was decent, but my biscuit was basically falling apart the whole time, which made it kind of frustrating to eat. The biggest disappointment was the coffee. It honestly tasted like straight cleaning chemicals -- I took one sip and couldn't drink it after that. Not a terrible experience overall, but definitely not great either. I'd maybe give it another shot, but this visit was just average for me.

We came here on Sunday at about 12:30pm before heading back to Missouri, and I'm really glad I did!…read moreThe wait at a nearby restaurant was too long, and I found this place on google. Their menu is HUGE, so there's so many options to choose from and it was hard to choose. The employees were really friendly and helpful, and the food was great! Everyone with us loved what they ordered and the salad bar was kept really nice and clean. There was someone cleaning up the salad bar area and drink area regularly and the tables were wiped down pretty quickly after people left. I'd definitely come back here, or recommended anyone to give it a try. You won't be dissapointed!

First time we've(my family of four) been to this location in a couple years. Gotta be honest,…read moreprobably won't be coming back any time soon. Where to start? $13 for the salad bar? Really scaled down version too. Gone were the hard boiled eggs, pickled okra, artichoke hearts, snow peas & green peas. The ice machine wasn't making ice in the soda fountain. The ice cream machine couldn't get cold enough to make the chocolate soft serve anything better than a runny mess(the vanilla didn't even work). Ordered a kid's baked potato and meatball marinara pasta for the little ones. About the only thing worth giving a good star to. Place just seems to have fallen on hard times. I'd like to think we just got there after the church crowd had ran it over but going by the price hike and lack of variety on the "famous" salad bar, it's probably the new normal sadly. You're best to take your business elsewhere IMO.

Tables and chairs are in good condition. Thervis room between the tables. My only take away is all of the tables are set up for 4 people or less. So big parties will have to sit apart. The tables are movable so..... Food: I had a sandwich and salad. I thought they were great. They even paid attention to plating, which is a suprize to me. The menu is extensive so everyone shoud find something they want. But to many choices can be overwhelming as well. Soups salads spuds nachos and deaerts comprise the menus make up. I would like to begin with the fact that I eat at McAlister's Deli frequently, both at home and…read morewhile traveling for work, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any McAlister's location.I ordered my usual meal: a Grilled Chicken Club, a cup of Chicken Tortilla Soup, and a large Peach Lemonade. The employee taking my order was clearly new or in training and was struggling. I was patient with him because everyone has to learn, but it was obvious management wasn't providing the support or training he needed. When I got home, I discovered I had been given the wrong sandwich. Instead of the Grilled Chicken Club I ordered, I received a Grilled Chicken Sandwich on a croissant. I returned to the restaurant expecting a simple correction. Instead, I was met by the manager, Rosa, whose attitude immediately made the situation worse. She told me I would have to pay the difference to receive the sandwich I originally ordered, even though the mistake was entirely the restaurant's. Charging a customer to fix your own mistake is unacceptable and demonstrates poor management. When I refused to pay for the restaurant's error and requested a refund, Rosa continued to be rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. She initially tried to give me only a partial refund because I still had the lemonade. I returned the lemonade and finally received my full refund. What should have been a simple correction turned into an unnecessary confrontation because of Rosa's attitude and lack of professionalism. I left feeling disrespected and, based on how I was treated, I have serious concerns that race played a role in the way this situation was handled. Afterward, I read other Google reviews and found that my experience was not an isolated incident. Multiple customers have described Rosa as rude, unprofessional, and accused her of discriminatory behavior. Based on my own experience, I believe those complaints should be taken seriously. McAllisters needs to address this immediately. Rosa has no business managing a team or representing the company in a customer facing leadership role. She is damaging the restaurant's reputation, creating negative customer experiences, and setting a poor example for employees. At a minimum, she should be removed from customer facing management until the company determines whether she can meet the professional standards expected of a manager. I will be contacting corporate because this experience was completely unacceptable. I've visited McAlister's locations across the country, and I've never encountered customer service this poor. This location deserves better leadership
