Prices are RIDICULOUS, especially for the area. You would think thus was Chenal or Shakelford diner with these prices.

First time we've(my family of four) been to this location in a couple years. Gotta be honest,…read moreprobably won't be coming back any time soon. Where to start? $13 for the salad bar? Really scaled down version too. Gone were the hard boiled eggs, pickled okra, artichoke hearts, snow peas & green peas. The ice machine wasn't making ice in the soda fountain. The ice cream machine couldn't get cold enough to make the chocolate soft serve anything better than a runny mess(the vanilla didn't even work). Ordered a kid's baked potato and meatball marinara pasta for the little ones. About the only thing worth giving a good star to. Place just seems to have fallen on hard times. I'd like to think we just got there after the church crowd had ran it over but going by the price hike and lack of variety on the "famous" salad bar, it's probably the new normal sadly. You're best to take your business elsewhere IMO.

The staff were not overly friendly, but they were certainly professional as you would expect. Would definitely return here when traveling through Little Rock. Very easy to get to off I-30 and I-40. The overall rating should be much higher than what is listed. Not enough evidence to warrant some of those bad ratings posted. Glad we took a chance.

The employee taking my order was clearly new or in training and was struggling. I was patient with him because everyone has to learn, but it was obvious management wasn't providing the support or training he needed. When I got home, I discovered I had been given the wrong sandwich. Instead of the Grilled Chicken Club I ordered, I received a Grilled Chicken Sandwich on a croissant. I returned to the restaurant expecting a simple correction. Instead, I was met by the manager, Rosa, whose attitude immediately made the situation worse. She told me I would have to pay the difference to receive the sandwich I originally ordered, even though the mistake was entirely the restaurant's. Charging a customer to fix your own mistake is unacceptable and demonstrates poor management. When I refused to pay for the restaurant's error and requested a refund, Rosa continued to be rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. She initially tried to give me only a partial refund because I still had the lemonade. I returned the lemonade and finally received my full refund. What should have been a simple correction turned into an unnecessary confrontation because of Rosa's attitude and lack of professionalism. I left feeling disrespected and, based on how I was treated, I have serious concerns that race played a role in the way this situation was handled. Afterward, I read other Google reviews and found that my experience was not an isolated incident. Multiple customers have described Rosa as rude, unprofessional, and accused her of discriminatory behavior. Based on my own experience, I believe those complaints should be taken seriously. McAllisters needs to address this immediately. Rosa has no business managing a team or representing the company in a customer facing leadership role. She is damaging the restaurant's reputation, creating negative customer experiences, and setting a poor example for employees. At a minimum, she should be removed from customer facing management until the company determines whether she can meet the professional standards expected of a manager. I will be contacting corporate because this experience was completely unacceptable. I've visited McAlister's locations across the country, and I've never encountered customer service this poor. This location deserves better leadership

This Schlotzsky's is located next door to Good Stop with its own parking lot…read more I have always been curious about Schlotzsky's but since there isn't one in California, I never made the effort to try one while visiting other states until this visit. My husband and I came on a Tuesday afternoon, a little before 1 pm. We got parking right out front without any problem and went inside. We were greeted by an employee behind the counter. I ended up ordering: Small Turkey Original Sandwich, $8.19 prior to tax- Although you may think this sandwich is small, it is pretty hefty, as it is packed with smoked turkey, genoa salami, cotto salami, sliced red onions, black olives, sliced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and 3 different types of cheese (cheddar, parmesan and mozzarella) on sourdough bread. A very tasty and possibly messy sandwich, but the hearty sourdough bread stands up well to the filling. You will get full off of the small size (although you could always order the medium or giant size) and you will love it and feel satisfied like I did. My sandwich was cut in half, which makes it easier for me to eat. Would order this sandwich again. ----------------------- (Total= $8.90 after tax) After I ordered, I was given a pager. It buzzed when my sandwich was ready for pick up at the pick up counter. Wait time wasn't too long, close to 10 minutes. Although small, the ladies restroom (single toilet) was clean upon this visit. Overall, had a very good experience and will definitely check out Schlotzsky's again the next time we see them again on our next vacation.
