Every since the first time I came here years ago, they always take care of whatever concerns I have from consultations, check-ups, cleaning, and even fixing whatever needs to be fixed. They always being honest with their evaluations during check-ups and consultations and tell me exactly what they can do to fix it. I was asked multiple times throughout my visit if there was anything they could do to make my dental visit comfortable and if I had any concerns. After a 2nd consultation with another periodontist, I was informed I did not need gum graphing. Therefore, I called to cancel appointment and was advised to come in and speak with Dr. M. and see what he advice. I did and he stated no gum graphing was needed and I was charged a consultation fee!!! This is not right, if I had not obtained a 2nd opinion I would have gotten a procedure for something I didn't need.
