My nail beds would end up bleeding and the nails would be crooked. I recently tried to go there for a pedicure and the entire vibe was just off. They wanted me to pay for my pedicure and give the tip before even having the service. Since when do you pay for the service before having it ? Never in my life. Their reasoning is that "it's a high end service". I'm sorry but never in my life even for a tattoo which is thousands, you don't pay prior.
