I am an international student without dental insurance, I received the treatment by Dr. Jennifer on 7/16/2020! I had an awful experience there! First, the bill they gave me was over price! Only one teeth extraction they charged me $1000!!! The price is double than the other local dentist offices! Second, I don't think they are professional. This was my first time to see dentist in U.S. On that day my plan was only to check my teeth's condition and took photo at my first time visit! But Dr. Jennifer kept selling their services to me and then put the anesthetic on me without my permission and signature, then did the tooth surgery on me without let me signed anything (i didn't know i need to sign docs before surgery until my friends told me this is requirement in the U.S.) I felt nervous and didn't know what was going on and during this time she kept saying "god is good , you will be blessed...." I told her I am Christian but I don't think what she did to me was the correct way. Everything happened so fast, and I didn't even have time to regret! After I did the tooth extraction she kept selling the implant teeth service to me . Today 7/30/2020 I back for return visit and she told me that my teeth got inflammation! Also i ask for the documents I signed there, they give me an oral surgery documents with my signature on it, i don't even know when did I sign it!!! And they denied everything they did to me and insisted that they had my signature on the paper! I remembered i only signed my signature that day after i use my credit card to pay! I doubt that did they use my credit card signature on this doc? Or they didn't explain any documents to me before let me signed!!!! All in all, this was my worse experience ever and i learned the lesson from it!!! Now my teeth still hurts and get infected now! These days I keep praying for this and hopefully God could take my resentment away and I also pray for Dr. Jennifer Chen, hopefully she could understand the real gospel of God, not stumbles the other patients by using God's name! If you already dealed with them, please make sure you know the reasons every signature you sign and ask for more details and instructions before you sign, but it was too tired to deal with them。 In all, the whole procedures and experience made me feel uncomfortable. I have severe periodontitis, and some of my teeth are loose. One of them is shaking very hard and has been hurt recently. Dr. Chen had recommended surgery to treat periodontitis last year, but I was afraid of surgery. I can't stand the recent tooth pain. I chose surgery and pulled out the most loose tooth because the tooth could not be cured by surgery. The operation was smooth and not as frightening as it was supposed to be. It did not feel basically. Before the tooth extraction, the doctor gave me the prescription for the medicine to be eaten after tooth extraction. I took three time medicine and did not feel pain for the next day. It was just a bit swollen. After three days, there was swelling near the tooth extraction. After one week, I could basically eat regular food. Now that the teeth feel better than before. A few other slightly loose teeth feel stronger than before. There is a more serious and loose teeth better than before. When I follw up, Dr. Chen said may take longer time. I hope this treatment can keep my teeth. Dr.Chen is very unprofessional. She implemented 2 teeth for me on May 2018. She promised life time warranty for implemented teeth at that time. After half year later,one tooth dropped out. I returned to fix she tried to charge me to fix and I rejected. One year later another tooth dropped out too. She charged me to fix it. I said you promised life time warranty. She said life time is only for teeth root. How ridiculous!!!!! I asked is it too ridiculous that all implemented teeth dropped out in one year? She said it is very common and happens to others too. But I asked many of my friends who implemented teeth. Their teeth works very well and they never heard this ridiculous word. Don't waste your money on her clinic find somewhere else. Love this place! Everyone is super nice and friendly, and the office is bright and clean, and the fact they open on EVERY Saturday is a huge plus! My husband has always been extremely nerves to see dentist until we went to see Dr. Wang. He has really good bedside manner, super honest, and he will not talk about bunch of unnecessary "professional" scary words to us. My husband did not feel any uncomfortable or pain during his procedures at all (he had bunch of fillings done). Dr. Chen is my father-in-law's dentist, my FIL always travels, but if he is in town he will always let Dr. Chen to check his teeth. Both Dr. Chen and Dr. Wang are very knowledgeable, super down to earth and easy going! High recommend! read more

Dr. Chen first treated me back in 2015. She is gentle, kind and very compassionate. I came to her with perio issues seeking a second opinion after a bad experience with another chain dentistry. She has been my dentist ever since. Finally convinced my husband to go to the dentist this year after the unfortunate condition of his teeth worsened, and the service was the same. What particularly spoke to me is that in this day and age she is very comfortable in her beliefs, and as a Christian, it meant a lot to me that a woman of science/medicine took the time to pray before my procedure. I've been in the market for a new dentist and I came across Dr. Wang at Delight Dental. It was hassle free to book an appointment. The staff was nice and provided good service. Dr. Wang was very pleasant to work with. He was attentive, thorough, and patient with my questions/requests. He even followed-up with me directly after the appointment as a courtesy for what I would consider a routine appointment-I appreciated that gesture. Dr. Chen is AWESOME!! I am getting an implant and it was virtually pain free. She explains what she will be doing and she takes her time. He staff are always pleasant and very professional.
