This year, I got what I normally do, and went on my way. It wasn't until later in the day that I realized I did not receive the $10 off a purchase of $50 or more promotion that I am supposed to receive. I bought a ticket to participate in the Shopping Extravaganza event, so I feel I should get all the discounts that apply to me. I had the same issue at Columbia, and they were very accommodating, by simply refunding my debit card the difference. Hanes, was not so nice. Once I realized the mistake, I went back and the woman at the cash register (who is the same one that checked me out in the first place) refused to help me. I asked if there was any way it could be done and she simply told me I could call customer service to get "points" for my next visit. I explained I only shop here once a year, as I live in the valley, and asked if I could do a return on the items and restart. She had no other answer for me besides no. I will not be shopping here anymore.
