It has been nothing but a nightmare. Going back to get an adjustment I found later was billed as an emergency visit when I was told there would be no charge. Then I had to go back again because food is getting caught in it and was told not only do I need their mistake taken out but need tooth 3 filled and will be charged more money . I was so upset I just walked out. I called again cause the crown on tooth 4 is now all jagged with Ruff edges and they can't even tell me if I will get charged if I go in. They gave me no choice but to file appeals and a grievance with my insurance company. Their billing is a mess to boot. I asked how much and he tells me. $1,400.00 and some change. I say that's to pricey for me and proceed's to tell me about Care Credit. Would you like to apply. I agreed. I treasure my credit score. Bam I qualify. I said what the hell. I need this and we began the paper work. Now mind you we spoke of nothing else. The person that took my X-rays proceed to tell me what need to be done. There are 2 Teeth that need to come out. (Extraction) Not to concerned they weren't hurting me, they were back teeth (Molars). Made my appt. To have that done. By the way all the goodies I received for paying ($1,400.00) and change. The day of the extraction walked in not knowing what to expect and nervous walked up signed in did all the formalities. And than proceeds to tell me that the extraction is not included in the procedure, I said excuse me. Never once was I told. For today's work it will be $1,100.00. WHAT TO SAY THE LEAST I WAS MAD. The person spoke weak English so it took many repeats to get my details across. She booked me for a 12pm appointment on a Saturday, and when I asked the dentist's name... she did not know. The day before my appointment, I received a confirmation call. Apparently the dentist is out to lunch from 12-1pm, so they pushed me back by an hour. No problem. But a bit confusing as to why the answering service didn't know this. Then the office called me three more times to confirm my insurance. I even called back at the end of day to make sure I was all set. I mean. You guys handle appointments and dental insurance all day long. Shouldn't be that hard. I filled out the new patient forms online. Again, seemed standard. Well, I'm still sitting in the waiting room well past my appointment time. They had me refill out the forms because the internet ate them. And they're not able to verify my insurance. Because it is Saturday and the insurance office is closed. I told them I was approved yesterday via a fax. They can find nothing. What's so different about Friday and Saturday staff? Don't they have a process?? I kept getting told that I messed up by "calling corporate" -- which I verified with them, I did not. I called and received calls from their exact office. Someone else just walked into the waiting room with an appointment. They told him he also messed up by booking the appointment through corporate. If corporate answers your phone, then we're all booking through corporate. Right? So I'm sitting in the waiting room. With a TV blaring Sponge Bob Square Pants. I asked them to turn it off as I'm literally the only person in the room. The rest were kicked out for "corporate" issues. The woman did try to turn it off, but said she could not. I tried the remote too. I couldn't even turn down the volume. So if you want a lot of hassle and an office with such poor communication they can't even turn off the waiting room TV, then you've found the right office. -- UPDATE: I left the office without being seen. An exam is what? $60? I'm on a short timeline. Would've paid. And if the dentist who was supposed to see me had any sense, she would've seen me and taken the gamble that everything is as I said and she'd get that $60 settled on Monday. She was siting right there through all of this. I even explained that I'm anal with my teeth. I get them cleaned every 4 months. It's been four months. So I'm very easy. Instead, I will NEVER use this dentist. I will take my family of 5 elsewhere.

Wanting to avoid a root canal at all cost, I told him, let's do it! He was very gentle, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable. The tooth came out beautiful! It has been over a month since the filling and absolutely no pain or issues. I'm a little embarrassed about how gross my tooth looked before but had to share pictures on how gorgeous the filling came out. Thank you so much Dr. Park. I promise I'll floss more often

I visited this office on 8/25/25. They were a referral from a friend so I had a lot of confidence…read morein them. Boy was I wrong. This office is why people believe that dentist are scammers. First they told me it would be $234 to clean my teeth but I get 2 feee cleanings a year with insurance. Apparently this is the price for a deep cleaning which I NEVER asked for. Then Dr. Park said that the bridge I had need to be replaced so he was referring me to a colleague. To make a long story short. I walked out with an estimate charge of $5,500 in dental work. They tried to get me to obtain care credit. I was so upset and overwhelmed that I left wanting to cry. Two weeks later, I found another amazing dentist who said I didn't need a deep cleaning or a new bridge. The bridge just needed adjusting and my teeth only needed the standard cleaning. The new dentist was able to do my 2nd bridge using my insurance only. Please shop around and don't choose any old dentist who will use up all your insurance benefits in unnecessary procedures then turn around and charge you for what you really need but now you have to pay out of pocket
