Okay... this office here is a Christmas MIRACLE! You guys, Dr. Mardesich's office single handily saved my Christmas nightmare. This year the night before Christmas Eve, I chipped my front right tooth on a piece of candy. I woke up on Christmas Eve and was mortified. How will I ever attend family holidays with a chipped tooth? Well.... after calling nearly 8 failed dental offices, FINALLY Mardesich Vincent, DDS came to the rescue. They answered my call and got me in the dental seat all within 30 minutes. Then they proceeded to fix my disaster on the front tooth and made it look PERFECT (actually better than before). BEST DENTIST EXPERIENCE! I work in the Medical plaza and called them to ask about my fixed retainer, as it had broken off from a previous dentist I had recently seen. They said I could walk over and Dr. would check on it, and before I knew it I was sitting in the dentist chair and he fixed it before I could return to work. Was coming here for awhile the doctor was working on me and his office idiot manager came up and said "oh you owe us money " mind you my mouth was numb and he was working on me and people were around us !!! When I got done I showed her the check I gave them cleared my acct come to find out the receivable girl applied it tO someone else's acct ! I am beyond thankful to Dr Mardesich and his staff for always accommodating my family and our crazy schedules. I, myself am very afraid of the dentist and to set a good example for my child, I wanted to show her that we HAVE to visit the dentist at least twice a year for cleaning, I did so with my heart beating so much....(I thought I'd have heart attack)....but Dr Mardesich easily eased my anxiety with his kindness and humor. Now, my daughter loves going to the dentist. I know I have a lot of work to do with my teeth, so we will definitely be back. An incident occurred that I was not aware of but it might have caused Dr Mardesich and his staff to be angry and disappointed as I was; however, their professional behavior and empathy gave way that he was even came in on a weekend when their office is closed. Best dental experience I have ever had!! I was referred by my sister in law and my mother. I should have listened years ago. First and foremost let me start by saying I am petrified of dental work even tho I have never had major work done. There is something about it even a simple cleaning that gives me anxiety to the max. I finally took the advice of family and made an appointment with Dr. Mardesich. The appointment was so easy to make. The staff at the front desk are very accommodating and do a great job. I was able to make an appointment that worked for my schedule. Upon arriving I was greeted by friendly staff and seen in a prompt manner. Jerilynn did my xrays and cleaning. She was beyond exceptional. Her kind tone and gentle hand made me so comfortable. I was just waiting for things to start to be painful or uncomfortable but that never happened. She made the experience so painless that I was genuinely suprised when she said she was done. My experience in the past was so opposite I just couldnt believe it. My teeth are normally bleeding and aching with pain after and with Jerilynn I didnt have any of that. Just perfectly clean teeth. As for Dr. Mardesich I can see why my family referred me. What a kind, friendly, professional doctor he is. I felt very comfortable with his explanation and recommendation for my tooth. Like most sane people, I do not enjoy going to the dentist. However, Dr Mardesich and his staff are very welcoming and friendly and his work is top-notch. First of let me say I used to have severe dental anxiety my whole childhood and well into my adult years. I had many horrible experiences that only added to the fear. I was referred here by a family friend and my entire outlook changed. This is the best dentist in America. From the girls at the front desk to the dental assistants to Dr.Mardesich himself, they are all so amazing at making you feel comfortable and welcome. They are all so funny it's crazy. Best dentist ever and best dental office staff ever!!! This is the first time I write a review about anybody and about anything. It was a few years ago when one of my molars cracked and my dentist back then couldn't take me in even the next day (a weekday), my coworker referred me to Dr. Mardesich. I called Dr. Mardesich's office and they set up an appointment right way for me to go in the next day. Job well done! I've switched to Dr. Mardesich's and stayed with him ever since. I don't hate to go to dentist office any more. Actually I look forward to every visit. One would think if a doctor takes in patients in emergency anytime that must mean the wait time for regular visits can be long. Not at all! I've never waited for more than 5 minutes at his office, for cleaning, filling, or anything. This shows good management. The staff at this office always go out of their way to confirm appointments, send out reminders, and also rearrange appointments for patients if there are cancellations or emergencies. I think Dr. Mardesich's should offer classes to all doctors on how to manage their offices efficiently and at the same time keep patient wait time short. Yesterday, my 11-year-old boy knocked off half of one of his front teeth. I called Dr. Mardesich's office and was told to go there right away. That was after 5 PM, closing time. We got there. X-ray was taken right away. While Dr. Mardesich was treating my son, he instructed his staff to call the Endodontist right away to arrange for the next day appointment, knowing my son needed endodontics work right way and we had no time to waste. My son now has a new tooth, looking just like his other front tooth. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mardesich and his staff. They are professional but also nice, warm, and funny! If you need a dentist GO HERE!!Lots of people I know come here, I know the saying "It's a small world" but not really it's because Dr. Mardesich is THAT GOOD!! As soon as you walk in every one who sees you greets you. You are made to feel as welcome as family. Dr. Mardesich is quite a character, he's professional in the work he does yet will crack jokes and include you in the scene and the laughter. The wait time is very brief ( i mean brief) went in last fri. & I was signing in & thinking" cool show on tv I'll watch it ;)" then I heard " uh no , dont sit down were ready for you now;)" That's service!! If you weren't in a positive good mood before going in., you sure will be coming out.
