Dr. Delio's office has been the perfect fit for our family. I can't say enough good things about this practice! If you are looking for a great orthodontist, this is it. I was really concerned about two of my children's teeth, and had previously gone to three other offices in the Tucson/Marana area to get their opinion on my concerns of gum recession and a small palate. All three offices basically blew off my concerns, stating that I didn't need to worry about either problem until the boys were older, and rushed me out the door. I found Dr. Delio's information in my quest to find an orthodontist who would actually listen to my concerns. Dr. Delio is the only one that took my concerns seriously and took the time to really explain what was going on. One of my children had some gum recession that his dentist was worried about, and Dr. Delio immediately knew what was causing it, and we have been able to fix it. He is knowledgeable, patient, and kind with the whole family, and I never feel like we're just a patient number to them, we feel like part of the family! Dr. Delio knows what he's doing, and he takes the time to explain every procedure to me and my children. It all started one afternoon when my son knocked his front permanent tooth out while jumping on the couch. The dentist that handled our "emergency" attempted to put the tooth back, but over time, his body has decided to reject the tooth. As a parent, I was flooded with so many questions and emotions about what the future would hold for my kiddo. Our primary dentist referred us to Delio Orthodontics as part of the care plan for my son. I will forever be grateful they did. Dr. Delio takes the time to talk to you and explain the many different options available and is incredibly thorough in making sure you understand what is going on. He personally handles talking with the other doctors involved in the care plan to make sure everyone is on the same page with your child's care. His office staff (especially Tracy) is so nice and informative. Everyone in this office goes above and beyond what is expected. My son LOVES them! I found Delio Orthodontics from a recommendation from my dentist. I was so pleased at how welcoming Dr. Delio and his staff were. Dr. Delio did an in depth examination of my son and when he came up with a plan he spent a lot of time with me explaining what he wanted to do and why. Throughout the meeting he made sure that we understood every step. To be sure of our decision I took my son to another well respected Orthodontist for a second opinion. I was not made to feel the same way at that office. I actually felt as though I was being hustled in and out as quickly as possible. In fact he never really examined my son at all. He just went on the x-rays. Their recommendation was for a much more invasive approach to my son issues. I did not feel comfortable and promptly returned to Delio Orthodontics. To be perfectly honest I walked in to Dr. Delio's office because it was convenient for me with my kids school being right across the street. As soon as I walked in I knew this was the right place! I was greeted by Tracy and welcomed in so nicely! She makes you feel so comfortable. Dr. Delio came and introduced himself and he is just the nicest person and very professional. Then there is sweet Kayleigh who is the nicest girl you'll ever meet. All three of them make a great team and my daughter loves to see them all! We look forward to our appointment every month!! As soon as I was told my child needs an braces I was thinking...oh great. I chose Delio because they were close and heard it's a smaller office. The moment we walked in we were extremely happy. I absolutely love this place!! I don't like to sit in waiting rooms and deal with busy offices. The longest I think we had to wait is 5 minutes! How awesome is that! I can't say enough about the staff. Every time we walk into the office it's like walking into a friend's house. Dr. Delio is so wonderful at explaining everything and also gets me involved showing me what's going on. They are also so great working with you on payments. I had braces in high school. They were taken off early, life happened and then I was in a car accident and life went on. Needless to say my teeth were not where they should be. My dentist recommended I think about braces and I was not really interested. I am an adult, I am busy, I am too old for braces, etc. I think I gave my dentist every excuse there is. We had visited 2 other orthodontists and our dentist prior to finding doctor delio. The orthodontists we visited prior seem to want to wow us with everything but teeth. Dr delio showed me other patients before and after molds and took the time to make a mold of my daughters teeth and explain in detail his plan of action on correcting her teeth! The facility is nice, clean, new. The receptionist is awesome! Plus they are a local business!
