After I waited 2 weeks for my appointment and came in, they changed the price that was quoted to me and wanted me to pay more because of a "misunderstanding". Disappointedly had to leave. Next time make sure you have them write down any prices they quote you. I just wish they valued my time more, I took time off work to get this to this appointment since my schedule is so tight. I tried reaching out to corporate but the services are always "busy" convenient for him I guess. Have not nor do I plan on returning to this specific sports clips until I see that Alex is no longer employed here along with his coworker Cindy. Jen set my standard for service high with sports clips and he made sure to knock the bar down. He also rushed my hair cut because he got mad leaving me super uneven and patchy on my haircut.
