I wanted to like this place.. I had a facial which was fine but it didn't target or help any of my skin concerns.. basically only paid someone to wash my face. I was then recommend to do laser hair removal to help with my concerns. After I waited 2 weeks for my appointment and came in, they changed the price that was quoted to me and wanted me to pay more because of a "misunderstanding". Disappointedly had to leave. Next time make sure you have them write down any prices they quote you. I just wish they valued my time more, I took time off work to get this to this appointment since my schedule is so tight. I'm saddened to say this is not a place I recommend or will be returning to. Best of luck to anyone that's tries it. read more

I suffered from serve acne for a few months now and I've cleared up fast thanks to Mrs. Anh and her wonderful staff. Now it's time for me to get treated on scars and hyperpigmentation ( the hard part). I usually drive about an hour to get here but it's worth it in my opinion, Mrs. Anh actually care about each of her patients and truly know what product will work best for your skin ( she do sell product like serum, sunscreen, acne treatments ) although it's a bit hard to book an appointment so remember to book 2 weeks in advance if you want to get a spot. read more

I went here today. Ms. Huong did my facial and Ms. MaiAnh did my ance extraction. The facial was very well and relaxing. The big plus here that not a lot of salon provides is she give you numbling cream before doing the extraction so you won't feel much pain. Ms. MaiAnh is very well knowledgeable esthetician and has been in the field for over 25 years. She is so far one of the best esthetician I have gone to. Apparently the new staffs do not understand what "appointment" means. This use to be our favorite skin care place. The owner is kind and professional. However, the new staffs have gotten very rude and irresponsible. It's gotten to the point that we had to wait for 1.5 hours for our appointment, without proper explanation or apology. What a shame! I've never had a facial that was so affordable yet showed effective results as this one. The price is extremely low for what you get. Mai Anh was extremely knowledgeable and it shows in her staff as well. It was my first time and I was recommended the classical facial. The facial came with an extremely relaxing massage, followed by acne extraction by the legendary Mai Anh (extraction came with numbing cream). There was minimal redness and zero scarring for me the next day (that's a first). My skin was also exfoliated and I received a mask. Mai Anh used some high end skin care brands on me which showed that she doesn't cut corners. I also liked how she didn't pushed me into buying any cosmetic products either. Staff was super friendly, if your looking for results, this is a place to go. If you want something more quiet and relaxing, it may get a bit noisy as the room is shared with another customer (sometimes). read more

Ms Mai Anh was the one that evaluated my face first and wrote out the treatment plans for her licensed staff to work on my face. I made an appointment specifically with Mai Anh [Ann] for a facial 5 weeks in advance. My appointment was confirmed the day before.I arrived on time. Her student said she will clean my face & Ann would come in to do facial. My eyes were covered with an eye cones. I could not see what was going on. The process continued & I asked for Ann several times. I was told by student she will be in shortly. Student continued working [I could not see because of eye shades]. 45 minutes went by , no sign of Ann. I started wondering if Ann is going to show up or not. I asked again for Ann. I was told she is busy with a client. I could not believe it what I was told. I specifically made appointment w/ Ann. I felt like a Guinea pig. I asked them to stop the procedure, another student came in & informed me that Ann had to run, there was an emergency. I was shocked & cheated. The whole experience was disgusting. I will never go back. I may call the board & notify the business practices are unethical. read more
