Jeez man. Where do I even start with this? I dont review things. I don't get angry enough to even trash a company, I've only ever left one other review and it was because I was this upset. This company has to be a drug front or money washing scheme. Every single thing that every single other review you read is absolutely true. Zero support. Zero real tracking information. Zero idea if your stuff is signature or not. The phone number just hangs up on and tells you it's the place you ordered from's fault. Nobody gets to choose if we use you. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THE REVIEWS HERE + GOOGLE REVIEWS, THEY AREN'T EXAGGERATING I left a review on Google but needed to do it here too. Long story short, they said they tried to deliver my $5,000 MacBook but I know they didn't. They tried again and said I wasn't home (also not true). Because this item was so pricey, I actually drove to their address to see what was up since the website and phone number basically don't do anything (you literally can't reach anyone). I could tell they weren't expecting me to actually show up at the office. And let me tell you, the office is a 5x7 sketchy looking room with an off brand peloton in it, something that probably costs $300 a month...it's not much of an office. This is how it goes: Me- "What's going on here? You said my packages were attempted delivery and I was home all day and never saw anyone even attempt it, where is the package now" Them-"We don't have it here, it's out with our delivery driver." He's about 30 or 45 minutes out. Me-*being stubborn* "I don't care, I'll go meet the delivery driver. Where are they?" *I kept pressing because I knew there were no attempted deliveries, I checked my neighbors ring cameras and security cameras and there was nothing.* Them-*kept pushing back, coming up with stories and saying "wow that's crazy the first package wasn't delivered it's such an expensive item" "we always try delivering" Me-"I'll wait here then for the driver to come back." Them-"Well actually, let me go look at something..." *walks into a small dark closet* '40 seconds later' Them - "Oh wow! Look at that! We actually JUST found your package in this small little closet here! Aren't you so excited?" Realizing this was most likely the first MacBook that they "attempted delivery", and putting 2 and 2 together of what this company was up to, I ended up signing quickly and leaving. There's something going on here. I've never left reviews like this EVER. And let me tell you, every other review here is not exaggerating. This company does not deliver packages and I don't know how Apple or Sephora or Forever 21 keep using these people. I hope they get caught because their integrity here is at an all time low. The problem we're facing as individuals who are getting their packages stolen is that WE aren't the customer. The customers are large corporations that have deep pockets and there's a disconnect of feedback. What's been said on Google Reviews and Yelp will not make its way back up the chain unfortunately. Deliver It - LIES! ZERO ATTEMPTS - Couriers & Delivery Services Near Me - San Diego, California

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I was expecting orders (2) from Apple; one came via UPS with no issues and the other order actually came in two separate shipments via Deliver-It. The first shipment was due to arrive 10/21 and the second on 10/27. I continuously checked tracking details via Apple which sent me to Deliver-Its website; tracking on either shipment didn't become available until AFTER 10/27's "attempted delivery". At which point in time, both packages were marked "REFUSED" in Deliver-It's system and "RTS" (return to sender) on the packages. Keep in mind, my phone number is listed on BOTH packages. Now, I'd understand if this was a large corporation unable to call every customer. But I would imagine not many customers refuse shipments--I didn't. And having an RTS is very 1980s; do people even do that anymore??? Apparently this company does; without even a true attempt to deliver. Now let me caveat all of this... I live on a military installation. They annotated this on the package in Sharpie ("CAMP"). Unsure if they annotated this before delivery or after they realized they couldn't get on base. In any case, our zip code is SPECIFIC TO THE BASE. So, their inability to access the base is moot. They should be aware of the issue well before it's an issue. San Diego County is home to no less than three (very large) military installations. So, now I have no oversight to these packages as they move through the supply chain and back to Apple. I had to initiate a Return with Apple so upon receipt they wouldn't try to send back out to me and thus start the whole cycle over, or charge me some sort of refusal fee. But wait, THERE'S MORE! Because I ordered these items with installment payments and they are en route, I couldn't go into the store and purchase on an installment plan. I'd either have to wait 2-3wks for this to get cleared up or pay in full. Because inventory is low, I was told by Apple I'd be waiting yet another 6wks for product availability but I could get it shipped to home OR check store inventory daily. So, I was pigeon holed into purchasing outright (not a big deal, but I prefer options). All this to say, DELIVER-IT DOESN'T DELIVER (sh)IT! If you're on the receiving end of a shipment with them, I'm sorry for your loss. Good luck! Let's hope they actually RTS my products and don't pocket it. Ya know, since no tracking and all.... When a driver is not able to follow instructions and has no idea what an intercom is and then declares the package as 'can't be delivered' then a) he/she should find another job and b) the company should find a another delivery person. Worst delivery-shipping company ever. Twice they claim to have tried to deliver a package unsuccessfully. Both times I was home all day. They apparently don't know how to use a call box; I live in a high-rise. They did leave a note once on the main door but filled out none of the information so there was no telling who the delivery was for. Luckily the company I ordered from had provided an update that my item was being delivered so I was able to figure out it was for me. Calling their office was useless. The basically called me a liar when I told them their driver didn't use the call box. The call box logs all calls and there wasn't any. They wouldn't even provide their address when I asked to pick up the package there rather than trying another delivery attempt. They would get back to me once the package is back at their office then they'd let me know a time and place. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this company. I don't understand what companies use them. They must be really cheap. Avoid this place if you can. read more

I had a terrible experience where I had ordered an Apple Watch and the next day they tried to deliver it at 10am, requiring a signature, and since I was at work the delivery attempt failed. After the first day I had called them- waited an hour and no response. I also emailed them through their website- no response. I called them again the following day and no response. They attempted delivery again when I was at work. I called them on the third day right at 7:15am and someone picked up after being on hold for 20 minutes. I asked them to deliver it later as again I was at work, she said she'd try to tell the delivery guy but no guarantee. Since this would be the last delivery attempt they would send the product back to Apple. I told them that I even wanted the required signature to be overridden. They told me no. Our compromise would be that I could pick it up at their office (wouldn't disclose the address) the next day but they'd give me a call to confirm they had it on Friday. No response and then they told me they're closed on the weekends, so great. They're going to return it to Apple I called Apple and they said that with big areas to cover like California they're contracting everyone and they don't have a say on who to choose so the carrier is dependent on where you live, which I live in Serra Mesa. Apple said they'd send it to me via USPS, it would take a few days. They received my complaint about this company. Please don't get Apple products shipped if you're in this area. Absolutely garbage of a courier, if I could put negative stars, I would. If you order an item and Deliver It happens to be the courier, just pray. I thought that FedEx or UPS was bad but this takes it to a whole different level. Not only is the tracking system garbage, but the delivery itself is impossible. All you get is an "attempted delivery", when in fact the driver didn't even make an attempt to do so. In addition to that, the picture of the so called attempt is of the box, and it's not even the right box!! If you need to contact the company, clear your schedule for the day. I have been on hold for over 2 hours, and no one has answered. Leads me to believe there isn't even any customer service. Never have I wished a company to go under more than this one. Worst customer service and unprofessional shady company. Didn't get a notice on the first attempt nothing left in the door that an attempt was made. I waited and another attempt was made yesterday and finally a notice on the door. It says to calls the number to schedule a delivery, the website gives you no additional info on how to reschedule a delivery. So your only option is to call. Called multiple times throughout the day no answers just on hold for 45+ minutes not even an answer. Called the following day at 8 am was on hold for about an hour and ten minutes. During this time I messaged on social media. Multiple accounts have expressed the poor customer service. Then they disable comments or delete comments of the bad customer service. I message them and get an automated response it was read. I messaged again and they blocked me. Reached out on their Instagram page and not sure if it was coincidence or not but they just happened to answer the call after messaging through their Instagram. Then the rep goes on two tell me since two attempts were made they can no longer deliver and it's ready to ship back. At this point I'm pretty aggravated. She claimed no knowledge of the deleted messages and comments but it's been an ongoing issue from other consumers. Absolute FAIL with Deliver IT Courier Company for Arizona. Ordered items from Bed Bath and Beyond to be shipped locally. Order was placed on 13 Sept. with a delivery date of 15-16 Sept. I checked the Tracking Number on the 17th and it stated awaiting pick up from carrier. I ordered an iPhone from Apple to surprise my wife. I work Mon-Fi from 0730-1600 and normally get home around 1700. I asked my 19 year old to stay in house on the day of delivery to receive the package. The delivery guy, Mr Guerrero looks at my daughter and ask how old she is. He says she cannot sign for the package since she underaged. Aren't you considered an adult once you turn 18? You can vote and join the military once you are 18 but you cannot sign for a package. He lives a sticky note saying there was nobody to sign for the package and call 8779977447 for guidance. I call them numerous times and is put on hold for more than 30 minutes each. No answer. I email them to let them know my situation and if they can deliver after 5 pm. Mr Torres responds saying they will try again the next day. The delivery guy shows up the next day at 2 pm and refuses to let my daughter sign for the package. I had to wait until the weekend and waste my Saturday waiting for the delivery.
