Not only was Melissa able to help match the subtle color that I had in my hair (to cover resistant grays that I've had since my teen years), but she also cut 9" off of my length. I used to work in a salon years ago, so I know that a great cut takes precision and time, and Melissa gave me a GREAT cut. I don't even have to blow dry my hair now--it just falls into place and looks perfect right out of the shower. I'm sure others can empathize with what a game changer that is. Not only that, but Melissa's excitement about the cut made all of my jitters about such a drastic change disappear. The sweet ladies who work at the other stations were encouraging too! And best of all, Melissa told me that I could donate my hair to a kids cancer organization, which I never would have known.
