Literally doing a happy dance. This was in summer 2024 when a judge gave the jury bogus instructions. This ruling was later overturned by a higher court. But, back to the moment in time at that checkout stand. My husband was appalled that she would bring politics into her workplace. We figured the folks here were of a different political persuasion than we were, but no big deal, we get along with all types, right? But she took it over the top and just totally disregarded the fact her customers come in all types, including conservative in a rather conservative area. We haven't been back, because we just found her behavior so unprofessional. Would rate 5 stars for products and horticultural knowledge. They even give free classes! Customer service, though, at the checkout area should not include a side order of TDS.

The space is clean, friendly, and filled with the happiest plants and the nicest people. Prices aren't bad (plants are just expensive lol). Also... the cutest cat ever lives there. Nosy was sleeping right on top of the aloe and absolutely stole the show. We ended up leaving with an aloe nobilis and a beautiful pot. Such a fun visit and a great local spot if you love plants.

We purchase the most expensive Husqvarna saw last spring in 2021. We didn't use it until logging season started near the end of July 2021. This saw would only work for possibly an hour and quit. It would take several hours for it to sit before we could start it again. We took the chainsaw back in immediately for repair. On 8/12/2021 we picked the saw up and paid $45.50 for repair. The saw was not fixed. We returned the saw and told them it wasn't fixed. They promised to fix it and call us. The nature of our business keeps us working out of town usually 6-7 days a week during the logging season. We continued to call and check on this and was told they had not had time to fix it or put it on "the computer" whatever that means. In November while trying to pick the saw up we were told they still had not had the chance to put it "on the computer" but would call us when it was ready. It is hard to connect with this store due to their hours and lack of weekend hours. Today we had just had enough and called and wanted to know what was going on with our $1100.00 saw. We were told since we had left it longer than a 30 period, we forfeited the saw. I explained we had not just abandoned it we were still waiting on them to fix the saw. I spoke to Matt twice. He wanted the model and serial number which I told him I didn't have in front of me. I asked why he couldn't look it up since we bought it from them. I even gave him the date of the first unsuccessful repair in August. He found that information and then told me it didn't matter because we left it there for more than 30 days. I explained we were waiting for their call. It didn't seem to matter to Matt that it was only in their possession because they were repairing it. Matt told me he had called me which he did not, or I would have picked up the chainsaw. We were told they would not give it back to us because we forfeited it. He said he called, and I just didn't remember. I told him he had never called. I will admit our conversation at that point went from bad to worse. I told Matt I would not be called a liar. I told him as he knew our business had purchased several chainsaws from him in the past and we would never purchase another one from him and I let him know how I felt about being called a liar. This is a terrible place.
