The customer is always wrong here…read more I was given a loaner vehicle that was not supposed to go to me apparently...That was my fault... and they needed it back and had no replacement. I have no way to work if that is the case. They weren't worried about getting my truck fixed. They just needed that loaner back and all they were worried about. Every single person I talked to in there was rude. I finally had enough and ask the manager on the phone if it was my fault they f**ked up and he hung up on me. I was very respectful until that point. They weren't going to do anything to help me at that point anyway. Terrible customer service. Mangers, Salesman and Mechanics all rude. The majority of reviews say the same thing, so I am not really adding anything. It is the same song and dance. Just really bad service. I have no idea how they sell anything. I wish I would of read the reviews before I went here... Edit: The also told me I needed just a new oil pressure sensor. (Shane) However, I needed a new pump as well. The oil pressure was fine when started, but when it got to temp it was lower than normal. They let take my truck back thinking it was just a sensor. Pretty shady business that was just mad I bought my truck from Woodhouse instead of Billion. I had just bought the truck. Woodhouse ended up picking up the truck and taking care of it all.

They said they would detail it, but that didn't happen when they said it would. They then offered to detail it and deliver to watertown. Nope! They made my mom meet them half way. They as well did not offer to fix a rock chip in the windshield that was not originally there when the car was purchased. The battery and brake light had to be replaced as well. Now the motor blew up after owning the car less than a month. They could care less! This is the worst business my family have ever experienced. Buyers beware! No care after the sale! My parents have put 1000 dollars into fixing it already and the engine isn't even fixed yet! Billion refus to help in any way and my family is left with no car and a bunch of debt! Billion did contact my mom later after this post and would like to thank them for doing the right thing and let my parents pick out a different vehicle. So i will give another star. But will not return due to the fact that all of this should not have happened.

It was frustrating and exhausting dealing with salesmen (some pleasant/some not-so-pleasant) and traveling out of town several times to accomplish a purchase. We finally decided on a car we looked at a couple weeks prior in Marshall (90 minutes away). The purchase ended up a "no-go" so we decided to look at one last dealership which was Lockwood Motors before leaving town. We were fortunate to to have John Afdem for our salesman. He greeted us with a continuous smile, was very helpful, showed a high level of interest in helping us accomplish our goal, easy to talk to and wasn't "pushy". We purchased the cutest vehicle from John and we feel very lucky that we had him as our salesman. We ended our long search on a very pleasant note. Thank you John! Forgot a very important thing: My daughter has an illness that prevented us from picking up her car ASAP...so John graciously offered to have her car delivered...90 miles away. We appreciated that so much!!!

We went to "some other place" first and they basically kicked us out and said "we can't help you" because it was 5 minutes to close. But we stopped at Connell, the man working (owner?) was very nice, looked at the problem, and brought it into the garage even though the mechanics had all left for the day. He did the best he could with securing the pipe and then didn't even charge us! For closing time on a Friday afternoon, that was exceptional service. Thanks!
