AWESOME! I grew up in Delmar, and used to eat here every Friday night after my Little League baseball games. Every time I go home to visit, I HAVE to get Delmar Pizza at least once, and usually more than that. This is some of the best pizza you will ever have, but everything on their menu is excellent. NEVER have had a bad experience here...and the staff is SO nice. It's got that awesome small-town feeling, and you ALWAYS see someone you know when you go here. Very family oriented. My family ate a house salad, buffalo wings, and a BBQ chicken pizza!!! The salad was good. The hot buffalo chicken wings were bland and one had blood still in it. Yuk! The pizza made up for the chicken though. The pizza is very tasty!!!! Just come for pizza!! read more

Stopped here on recommendation from a friend. Pretty typical pizza joint in the middle of a strip shopping center. We were there on a Saturday at lunch time, it was busy, but not crowded. Staff greeted us right away, and we were seated very quickly. Drink orders were taken, a couple minutes later they came and took our food order. Nothing of note so far. Staff all seem friendly enough. I ordered a dozen mild buffalo wings, my son ordered a slice of cheese pizza to start. He said the pizza was tasty, but average. The wings were hot (temp) and crispy, very nice. The buffalo sauce was forgettable, didn't taste like true wing sauce, but it was okay. I did get a couple extra wings in the order, so that's a plus. We both got cheesesteaks, his plain, mine had everything on it. I will say for the price, you get a decent size sandwich. I don't know if I was more hungry, or if it tasted that good? It definitely had the fillings, the bread was kind of a bust however. Drinks stayed filled, staff was friendly, and we got out of there without breaking the bank. Not knowing the area, I might try another placeif I make it back that way. But if I hit this place again, I'll explore the pretty extensive menu. read more

This place met all expectations! We were in the mood for gyros, but since our regular spot was closed for the off-season, we had to find a new place. After reading the reviews on Yelp, we decided to give this place a shot and we were not disappointed! It's a laid back place where you can carry out or dine in and seat yourself. It was a clean, friendly atmosphere and our gyros were great. We will definitely be back to sample everything else on the menu, since there is so much to choose from. It doesn't get any better than this if you want the best pizza and Cesear Salad! His special sauce has secret ingredients that he measures and weighs out to assure consistency and quality. Not just their pizza is amazing, but really everything is! When I go for lunch I usually order a large cheesesteak with a side of small fries. For dinner I either get their baked ziti or rigatoni ala amatrice. I recommend this place to anyone. read more

Kind of disappointed. I used to get the pizza and wings quite often back around 2010 and haven't had any since December of that year. I love the mild wing sauce because the flavor is so good. The wings used to be well coated with plenty of sauce left over for me to dip the celery and pizza crust in so I was majorly bummed when I got home with my order only to find that the wings barely had any sauce and I didn't receive the extra wing sauce that I paid for. This place in Delmar is one of my favorite places to eat. The staff does a great job of making sure everything is okay during your visit. The food is always good, no matter what I order. Delmar Pizza is very popular, and draws a wide variety of diners. So it can get a little loud. Weather it's kids acting up or large dinner parties celebrating whatever. The menu has an extensive list of Italian food, and so far everything has been delicious. I especially like the prices. Two people can eat there for less that $20 and be full when you leave. read more

When we went to this restaurant for the first time, we were waiting to be seated and we asked a guest that was waiting to be seated as well what their favorite thing off the menu was. He said of course pizza and recommended we get one to go too because it was that good. He wasn't kidding. The pizza was the best I ever had. The crust had a perfect crunch, the sauce was chunky but smooth, and the cheese was delicious. Perfect amount of greasiness. The pizza is slightly above average and doesn't feel like I am eating cardboard like other places in the area, even so the pizza is a bit greasy in my opinion. The spaghetti is also good, but the pasta isn't the greatest, so I'll stick with the pizza and spaghetti. I love the pizza at Delmar Pizza. The pasta is lowsy. The problem is the pasta sauce they use. It's way too sweet to the point of being inedible. Makes me wonder if they are using Chef Boyardee for their pasta sauce. It also tastes like they dump olive oil on their pasta. If you want better pasta, go down the street to Milano's. OK this review is for the last visit and this visit. The last time my family and I come here we ordered the Delmar special pizza. The pizza came out extremely fast. We didn't think anything of it and started eating. So about two slices of pizza in I noticed that the meat on the pizza was softer than normal. So I spit the pizza out and it was raw sausage!! Then we told the manager he only gave us $2 off the meal. So the other people that were out to eat with me posted a review on Facebook. Then the owner called them and said that the next time we come back he will take care of us. So we gave them a second chance. We came back tonight and guess what there was raw meat on the pizza once again. I didn't ask for raw meat on my pizza. So I'm guessing they put raw meat on the pizza then cook it. YOU DO NOT DO THAT!!! Sorry to say this will be the last time I will ever come back to this place. So be warned everyone they serve raw meat on their pizzas!!!! And if the owner see this please don't try and contact me! I'm never coming back! read more

Worst spaghetti EVER! I never thought it possible to have bad spaghetti, but it happened. I think it was the meat sauce. It had an off smell... like it was spoiled. It wasn't until after eating it that I realized the smell was coming from my entrée. I also had "imported" sausage added. The sausage had zero flavour. I ate 1/4 of my entrée, but was only able to do so caking it with parmesan cheese on garlic bread. I was so thankful for that garlic bread! I could have ordered something new, but my friends were already eating and would have been finished before I got it... so I just took it as a loss. I would not decide to go back on my own, but would go with friends if they asked. Although I would go for the pizza instead of an entrée. Also, probably not important to most, but AmEx is not accepted. I like to put EVERYTHING on one card to have a more accurate year-end statement. So that's a strike 2 from me. read more
