As a customer of theirs when they first stated back in 2003/04 I ate there with out issues until i moved out of the area four 10 years Due to my situation and location I had not been there until they closed another place i had dealt with for over 30 years. I was close and decided to get a large sausage Pizza and a large Italian cold cut. After arriving home I found the Pizza to be about tasteless. The crust was so floppy it was a chore to eat and with no real taste it didn;t fare well. Now we opened the Italian sub and another shock. First i have never seen any Italian hoagie or sub with meat cut almost an eighth of an inch thick. I also ordered it with hot and sweet peppers. Surprisingly there were only a few sweet peppers on it. AND NO other veggies at all. No lettuce/tomato/onions anything. So I realy doubt that I will be visiting this X favorite of mine any more. Shopping at Ollie's and needed a quick lunch. Found this little hole in the wall type of place. Boy was this a great decision. The place was empty and we sat right down. The lady working was so sweet and pleasant. The food came quick and was pretty big portions. One of the best cheesesteaks I've had. The roll was so fresh and it was delicious. Service was great. The only downside to this place is that they don't have fountain soda. Everything is cans or bottles. I'm stopping here again every time I'm in the area. Basing my review solely off my quick in/out experience. Got two slices of pizza. They were pleasant and accommodating immediately. Place is clean, dessert box looked tempting with those beautiful slices of cheesecake, but I kept focus on my slices of pizza instead. I'm not a local, only here for the week. Attention Yelp friends...My wife & I have literally paid for $Thousands of dollars of food from Tim's Pizza & Subs next to Food Lion on the East side of Salisbury @244 Tilghman Rd....a few weeks ago we ordered cheese steak subs, toasted, extra meet, extra cheese, lettuce, raw onion, tomato, & mayo...after receiving the order, the roll was soggy, no extra cheese, barely any raw onion and a few strands of soggy lettuce...So Kelly called to let them know we were unhappy and this was our 1st complaint in nearly 7 years. The lady owner, that would not get on the phone said we were liars & would not replace our order....Boom...shocked as all get out!!... So fast forward to tonight...I reached out to see if i could work things out by placing a pizza order & see if they would compensate something, anything...to my surprise, The owner, of course not willing to get on the phone ...said no way, we don't want your business because she still doesn't believe us & she saw a bad re iew on Yelp that she didn't appreciate...well...your choice...i personally stand behind any & all of Skylark Management's workmanship...I appreciate when a customer reaches out if they have a problem & 9 out of 10 times, i catch any problems before my customers even know there is a problem... We order from Tim's on a regular basis. The last two times we have ordered, subs that we requested to be toasted were not toasted. Tonight we ordered again. I got a Meatzaboli which was actually good. My husband got a cheese steak sub with lettuce, tomato, mayonaise and raw onion, toasted. Again, the sub was not toasted, there was barely any lettuce, one tomato and no mayonaise. I never call and complain but after three orders were incorrect, I thought the owner should know. We like Tim's and re8commend it a lot. Instead of making the order right, the owner wanted to argue. Nope! Not happening. You do not treat loyal customers that way. Tim's is a great place to eat and the food is always great! I have been here several times and the only downside is the waitress. Due to my scheduled timeframe I always see the same young lady. From day one, I was not guided on the seating arrangement ( which is apparently self seating) and I was unaware about taking a menu by the register. Another time I waited over 10 minutes for her to take my order. While I was waiting she took 2 phone calls. On the plus side, I believe it was one of the chefs who came out to the dining area to eat. He was very nice and also inform me that if I call ahead of time, they will have my food ready for me to dine in since I have a busy schedule! read more

Loved it. Our family was traveling home from Ocean City and stopped there for lunch. I wish it was in Baltimore. Pizza Dough was crispy and chewy. Service was very friendly. The owners don't. Apparently you have to specify NO MAYO if you don't want it. I would sooner put mayonnaise in my coffee than on an Italian Cold Cut Sub, but there it was, unasked for. Disgusting. Unfortunately, we ordered here during a stay at a local hotel (hotel was VERY nice, but no room service...). My family (daughter & g-daughter) & I were pretty hungry & the hotel graciously gave us some menus for delivery options. Total order was $28.06 Not only did we have to wait much longer than the time quoted, but my sub didn't have hot peppers or Mayo ! They brought some banana pepper in a cup after the 2nd call. But I wanted it ON the sandwich ! Mayonnaise was pretty non-existent on both our subs, cheese was so-so. Tasted a slice of the pizza - could've done better for the price, sort of "rubbery", low on tomato & cheese. So, when I called, was told to hold on (knew they were busy - was a rainy night at the beach :( so I understood. But what I couldn't understand was the brusque attitude of the person at the restaurant on the phone. The person came back on (a female) and annoyingly stated they would remake my sandwich but still charge me (when I asked). She also rudely told my daughter (because I gave her the phone so I wouldn't "go off" that cheesesteak subs don't normally come w/mayo or something unless asked - of which we did & something stupid about the hot peppers... So, I asked if they could at least give a discount ... no such chance. The service sucks. We sat down at our table and the waitress comes over and takes our beverage order. She returns with our utensils...no drinks. Admits she forgot and goes back into the kitchen. Next, she brings a sale to our table. We hadn't ordered a salad. Admits she forgot the drinks once more. She returns the salad to the kitchen and then brings us our drinks. Next, she brings my husband his pizza and asks if I would like a plate. I said "no thank you", knowing that I couldn't fit any in my stomach since I had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. There are now 3 tables filled in the restaurant. She returns with their utensils and meal and the gentleman reminds her of their drinks. She admittedly forgotten theirs as well. She returns to the kitchen and brings out their drinks and then they ask about the salad. Finally, the poor lost salad has found its home. At this point, I'm assuming they've had to kill the chicken for my meal since I'm still waiting. The waitress brings out the salad and begins to come to check on our table. Right when I'm about to ask where my food is, someone from the kitchen calls for her and she turns around and walks away. She goes back into the kitchen and comes out with my food. Again, she apologizes for forgetting my food and said the phone has been ringing off the hook with call-ins. The phone rang maybe 3 times... Once we received our receipt, that was messed up too. My husband had ordered a medium pizza for 8.99. The waitress told him that the large was on sale for 7.99. He said ok. She didn't change it, and so he was still charged for the medium. Thankfully, the food was great! Unfortunately, we won't be going back. We've been there several times and it doesn't get better. The first time, it was freezing and we had to keep our jackets on, and the second and this last time, the same girl has waited on us and she is nice as can be, but really needs a new profession. She gets overwhelmed easily and forgets everything. It's understandable if she were new or if they had been busy, but neither of those things apply in this circumstance.
