The last straw was this week. I called on Monday to make an appointment and after giving my id information was told that I had been dropped as a patient with the doctor since I hadn't had an appointment for 2+ years. (Is it my fault that I'm healthy?) And then I was told I couldn't sign back up with the same doctor since he was no longer taking patients. So, that's enough of this stupid crap with Valdosta Medical Clinic. I found a different health care provider. If you enjoy dealing with staff incompetence, Valdosta Medical Clinic is the place for your health care needs. If you want less drama in your life, find a different healthcare provider.

I felt such a sense of relief and lightness afterwards. He really took his time and made an effort to address my concerns (shoulders/neck/arms) which helped me tremendously. Working at a desk all day I have a lot of pain in those areas and I'm used to being able to get regular massages to help. We move a lot for work so it's not always possible but I'm happy to say I've found a new therapist to visit on the regular. He also did some work on my neck with me turned on my side to better access those points which I thoroughly appreciated as not many therapists do that. My mom is a massage therapist and I've gotten used to getting work done often to help with any issues. I'm so happy to have found a great therapist and lovely spa setting to visit. I had some labs that were ordered by my doctor and this was one of the locations the work order was sent to. I called the hospital early Monday morning to make sure that they had my orders. I was transferred to lab department and the person I talked to verified and stated that they had received my orders, I was able to come in and get them completed today, but the lab closes at 12 noon. I drove over an hour to get them done and when I arrived (a little after 11) the front desk employee states they were closed, I explained to her what I had been told over phone, she wasn't empathetic at all and provided a dry in genuine apology with I don't know who could have told you that.
