Stop and eat here! Great small town cafe serving above average food! The service is outstanding.

Chicken BLT wrap with hamburger soup.

First impressions: very clean, quick and incredibly friendly service. Food: I ordered the BLT chicken wrap, ice tea, blueberry pie, and 2 cookies to go. The BLT wrap was tasty. The chicken bits and BLT was a good combo. My only regret was not ordering sauce on the side for dipping. That would of put the wrap over the edge! Still good choice. I would definitely order it again. The Hamburger soup was delicious. Nice flavors! Blueberry Pie: it was absolutely delicious! The crust was flaky and the blueberry's were perfect. Compliments to whom baked the pie. You can't eat pie without ice cream on the side. That is a must! Overall Experience: I would dine at Del's Cafe again. The service was delightful and the cafe was clean and inviting. The cafe had a small town charm that is inviting with a hint of style. Good job! Ambiance: must go for a family and group of friends. Great service all around.

Breakfast buffet looked good but glad my son and I ordered off the menu. He had the sausage skillet and I had the chicken n biscuits and eggs and sausage gravy. The bacon served with my was delicious with a nice smoky taste. Service and price was excellent.

Stopped here for lunch during a long road trip. Hoped to be in and out relatively quickly, but that was not the case. We were there for approximately 45 minutes. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. The bread had a crisp on the outside while the inside was soft. It was really good! I'm unsure what type of seasoning used, but the chicken was great as well. I was pleasantly surprised. With that said, I did find a hair in the mayonnaise prior to eating the sandwich. I simply cut the area the hair was touching out of the sandwich and didn't complain. This can happen anywhere, so it is understandable, just thought it should be noted. The chips were extremely good and I would recommend trying then if you have the chance. The atmosphere is undoubtedly a local diner, but it was cozy and homey. The service was fine.

My sister and I came here on our way home from Whitewater State Park, where we had been camping over the weekend. We were both impressed with our breakfast here and the service! Even though it was very packed with cross country runners, we still got our food in 10 minutes. I ordered the smoked sausage skillet and it was very delicious, my sister got the blueberry pancake that was bigger than her face! We left Del's full and satisfied, will definitely be back for breakfast if we ever camp at Whitewater again.

I been enjoying this restaurant for decades. It's old school real small town cafe. This visit I had…read morebiscuits and gravy, it came with two pork sausage patties too! Wow! Just right. If you want to experience a small town cafe with great food that the locals frequent, stop on in here. Good food, great prices, an atmosphere you will not get at a franchise.

We arrived with the lunch rush on the first Friday after the start of Lent. Like most everyone…read moreelse, we were there for the All You Can Eat fish fry. The two of us opted for the grandest option of All You Can Eat, which included a choice of potato, shrimp, and the salad bar. The salad bar area is small and rather crammed to the side of a back dining room, but it absolutely delighted me. There were rolls and butter pats, and a whole array of salads that felt like the same mix you'd find at a great Midwest potluck. I sampled several, but I absolutely LOVED the broccoli bacon salad and the Snickers salad! My husband opted for the simple lettuce salad with croutons. Service was consistently slow during our visit, just as a matter of timing--they looked short-staffed during the lunch rush, and the workers were being run off their feet! They were moving nonstop. I had broiled fish with shrimp and a baked potato. Perfectly cooked, flavorful fish. I loved the breading on the shrimp. I had butter and sour cream along with my potato. I didn't get seconds. My husband had the standard fried fish, shrimp, and fries, and really enjoyed them, and he did request a few more pieces of fish. They came out, piping hot. I want to come back here sometime and try the pie!
