I definitely wouldn't put so few pieces of chicken in a giant container and calling it a "half tray". It was nearly empty. The penne with vodka sauce was a HUGE hit! Everyone loved it. Sauce is amazing!!! We had a ton of it and a ton leftover. The gnoochi. This is where I was, sadly, most disappointed in this meal. It wasn't good. Gnoochi is my favorite meal. No one ate it. We had all of it left. It was undercooked to the point of inedible. Had way too much ricotta. And the sauce, it just wasn't good. I had stated in my last review that the sauce was sweet, I believe. But this time around it was so sweet it tasted like someone dumped sugar in ragu. Will I still go to The Bite, despite my disappointment in catering? Absolutely. It's delish. The crazy thing about this is that you can't find pizza this well made in densely populated areas where pizza joints are on every other corner. Everything on their menu makes deciding what to eat a pretty hard decision. We find the buzz of a busy environment, filled with people enjoying life a rather pleasant experience. If you're looking for a more intimate, quiet place then you may want to reconsider. The server we had was attentive and pleasant. I also think the pricing of food and drink was extremely reasonable. Good service, a nice variety of different food options, and a relaxing atmosphere - what more do you need?
