I bought a lifetime warranty at Batteries Plus in Plano off of Central Expressway several years…read moreago. I have had the battery changed with NO PROBLEM at the Plano Batteries Plus store and also at the Batteries Plus store near Firewheel mall. Then I went to the Wylie Batteries Plus store and suddenly there's a problem. the Wylie store called the Plano store to confirm and verify my Lifetime Warranty. My Lifetume Warrenty was confirmed and verified but they refused to change the battery. Personally I think it's because they are Muslim I do not dress like a Muslim woman.. I call that..discrimination. There was absolutely no reason why they would refuse to honor my Lifetime Warranty. What's the lesson? DO NOT GO to the Wylie Batteries Plus store. Go Somewhere Else. UPDATE: When I drove away from the Wylie Batteries Plus Location.. I drove directly to the PLANO Batteries Plus Location and guess what ?? I got my New Battery for my key fob NO PROBLEM. They were Professional and honored my Lifetime Warranty like they were suppose to.. Unless the Wylie Location. Just go to the Plano Location or even the Firewheel Location.

I informed him that they had already rejected my fingerprints once before and he emphatically stated that no one has ever rejected him fingerprints, yet he still encouraged me to purchase the "forever fingerprints," which I declined, asking him why I would need them at $265 if his prints have never been declined. Well, the CA BON declined my prints saying they were of "insufficient quality." I called him immediately, and it just went to a fast busy three different times. I emailed him, and he responded a day later, asking me to email him the denial letter. I sent him all six pages the CA BON sent me, and didn't get a response from him until today (three days later) which stated that he has now retired to the Philippines and the new owner is in India until 8/10 (today is 6/23), and he'll be more than happy to obtain new prints FOR FREE at that time. That's 6 weeks away!! What a total scam!! I demanded my $65 back, but I'm sure my money is long gone, along with this scammer!!

I took it to CPR phone repair in little elm and they pulled my phone apart and showed me how damaged my battery was and how it was just rattling around in the back of my phone. They never even peeled the adhesive off to keep the battery in place! Said my battery was not fixable and would be better off just getting a new one. That's exactly what I had to do and just can't help but feel like I got completely ripped off by this place. I'm just glad I didn't bring it back to them because they probably would have done the same thing to me and sent me home with a broken phone. Long story short just save the time and energy and go to CPR phone repair. They will save your money and technology in the long run
