I also had a kitchen remodel where the flooring people allowed water to seep in and the floor was damaged a year later (but it was too late by then and I could not get it replaced). And the the luxury vinyl plank James recommended are still my favorite in both color and quality. There have been zero issues. We ended up leaning toward luxury vinyl planks and we picked the styles that we liked and Asaf said he'd look into their availability and pricing. We got good vibes from Asaf so we decided to pull the trigger. Now, we did not properly plan our renovation so we needed the flooring to get done very quickly because we were already in the process of tearing our kitchen out and needed the flooring to get done before we could begin installing the new kitchen. So we wanted to get the flooring in ASAP so we would be without a kitchen for the shortest time possible. Our bad. However, Asaf was able to accommodate us despite our poor planning and short notice! The guys who came were great and did an amazing job. Not only did they install the vinyl, they also did some patch work for our carpet. We ripped out the bar counter and a set of cabinets in the living room area and they were able to put patches of our carpet in to cover the bare floor. I was amazed at the results! It looks SO good! After the guys left, I noticed that the floorboards looked a little rough and jagged on the edges. I emailed a picture to Asaf and he sent the guys back to fix it up. It looks perfect now! When I brought my contractor in to help remodel one of my units, they took the time to break down all the options to help us match the flooring perfectly. They went over different vinyl options for both the bathroom and kitchen, making sure we had all the information we needed.
