We are now on week 3 since installation and we are still dealing with all of this. You have to hound them to get anyone to respond with answers. If I had to do it all over again I never would have chosen this company. Do not use this company. Their lack of communication and fabrication shows their inexperience. If they get back to me and make this right then I'll repost a new review on if and how they fixed the problem with the gap.

We went to another larger local granite place that we'd dealt with twice before but we were not impressed with their customer service this time around so we decided to stop by Rio Stone. First off the ladies in the office are fabulous! They did a personal walkthrough with me of all the slabs and were very knowledgeable of what everything was as well as the durability. They weren't pushy at all and never tried to "talk me into anything". They even gave me samples to take home. It was a nice experience. We chose the leathered fantasy brown which is very unique in texture. When the installers brought it in, it was flawless and perfectly cut to fit. They were also very professional. It didn't take them long to get it in place with no real issues to speak of. Everything fit nicely and I was pleased with the spacing on either side of the stove and fridge which I had specified. They got it right! Price wise I feel like we got a pretty good deal. I feel that their prices are very fair and you can't beat the quality. The selection is nice whether you're looking for granite, quartz or marble. I highly recommend Rio Stone! So before you go to some of these other places, make sure you check them out first!!!
