Short story: Don't hire this company. We have been having to pay them almost yearly to come fix…read moremistakes that they caused. Long story: Do not ever use this Glen unless you want him to blow your money. He is running a racket. We tried to support local, so we asked him to install heating and cooling. He first suggested the furnace be downstairs. This was fine for a little while until it stopped working. At which point he suggested it needed to be moved, which we of course paid him for, as we believed him. One more, it worked for a summer, only to again stop working. Glen again came and his suggestion? The furnace needed to be moved downstairs, where it was originally. So he again got paid move the furnace back to where he moved it from the previous time it stopped working. This again did not solve the problem permanently, requiring near yearly repair visits. We have finally had enough of hemorrhaging money to a dishonest company that is happy to keep accepting money for poor work.

I DO NOT recommend doing business with these people what so ever.!! I called 01/30/2023 with an issue, it was after hours and was told by the lady at the answering service she would send a message to the main office to contact me in the morning. 01/31/2023 NO CALL so after 11am I called them back to be told they had no record of me calling. Took a few minutes to find the account just to tell me they would not service this far out. OK fine, but no communication is BS. Heck of a way of doing business. Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND doing any business with these thieves!

This company was referred to me by a friend and it was the best decision I made. I was having…read moreissues with my outlets/lights and called and talked to someone named Frank. He explained to me a that it might be a GFI. Then he explained to me that I needed to press the reset button after I found the GFI. All my outlets and lights are working great now. It was nice of him to not come out and charge me a service call, and I was shocked to talk to someone that was so honest. He then told me in closing, that they also do heating and cooling. I will definitely be using these guys in the future.
