Long story: Do not ever use this Glen unless you want him to blow your money. He is running a racket. We tried to support local, so we asked him to install heating and cooling. He first suggested the furnace be downstairs. This was fine for a little while until it stopped working. At which point he suggested it needed to be moved, which we of course paid him for, as we believed him. One more, it worked for a summer, only to again stop working. Glen again came and his suggestion? The furnace needed to be moved downstairs, where it was originally. So he again got paid move the furnace back to where he moved it from the previous time it stopped working. This again did not solve the problem permanently, requiring near yearly repair visits. We have finally had enough of hemorrhaging money to a dishonest company that is happy to keep accepting money for poor work.
