Friendly staff in an open family atmosphere with attention to detail in every way. Tonight's BBQ event for CASA was outstanding. The 5 bbq teams worked for the previous 24 hours to provide tonights guests with both pork and beef presentations for judging. I might say the guests were the winners tonight with all the delicious food and beverages.. but I would be incorrect as the Kids of CASA as the real winners here with proceeds going to charity. Attend next year if you can. I know I will. Really good beers, great cocktails, jamming live music, everyone having a good time. "Kinda like family here... " thanks Deluxe !

We stayed here in our RV with Harvest Host. Great staff, food and craft beer. Our bar tender Hillary was fantastic!

We had a great time here. Staying in our RV through harvest host we really enjoyed our experience. Our bartender Hillary was exceptional. The bar offered several local craft beers as well as great food!

    Perfect cocktails every time!

My favorite distillery and brewery of all time! The chill vibe and relaxed atmosphere matched my soul! We had a great night, first with a tasting of the spirits then hanging out with some awesome regulars, amazing bartender and new visitors. Deluxe Brewing is also Sinister Distillery so make sure you sample those too, they're spot on and lots to taste. The Pineapple Rum won our vote for the night but I'll be returning soon for that gin, it's got a very unique and full flavor. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be returning!

We went here for dinner and drinks when stopping in Albany for a night on our road trip! We were pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was laid back but really cool. They had shuffleboard tables and plenty of seating. The whole place is dog friendly too! They also had a tent outside with seating but we sat inside since it was very chilly the day we went. The drinks were good and reasonably priced- they're a brewery and distillery so they have a ton of options. They have a small food truck outside and the food was amazing! They had a good amount of options and the portion sizes were big! The prices were on the cheaper end for the quality and amount you get! We definitely enjoyed our stop here!

I recently was on a trip in the Corvallis area and was hitting as many breweries as I could find! I was very fortunate to have had Deluxe Brewing on my list! It was one of my favorite breweries that I went to. For one I love their movie posters up by the bar... especially the Faster Pussycat Kill! Kill! poster. But I did indeed come here for beer and that's what I got. I had a delightful pilsner that I was extremely impressed with! The flavor of that beer was just fantastic! The taproom is cool too. It's very spacious and plenty of seating to kick back and enjoy the brewery's beer!

Just a little off the beaten path, best discovered from the Dave Clark Trail, which runs right into downtown Albany.

Stellar beer and spirits in the most relaxed atmosphere imaginable. Food is now available (Tues-Sat) from a permanent truck outside and is awesome. Short and simple menu has all of the hits and vegetarian options. Food is far better than it has to be, with an especially unique chili dog from local Pepper Tree sausages. 'Diabolic' is their newish double IPA that is sharp and hoppy and unexpectedly smooth for a double. Diabolic indeed. Hoppy Days is a go-to and De Lux Especial is that perfectly refreshing lager when days get warmer. Family and dog friendly inside and out, and parking is never a problem.

    Confirmation of my stay.

Nice people. Relaxed and super chill. Totally unique bar and space. You'll feel like you're hanging out with that rich uncle of yours', you know the one that has the big huge barn with all the crazy old eccentric shit in it. All in great condition. Totally cool. Easy and tasty bar eats are very fair prices. All in all this place is completely unique. In addition to the fact that they brew delicious beer and distill awesome spirits they are really nice and have a really cool space.

Came for a special event with Altrusa. Nice unique space with good beer and cocktails. Friendly approachable owner chatted with us about his brewery and distillery, which made our night even more enjoyable. Thank you!

Five stars is a rarity for me. Five star requires excellence in beer, atmosphere, service, and a knowledgeable beer-tender. Deluxe got top marks from me in all these categories. My only disappointment, after looking in the map, was that I thought it would be right on the river. It's not. No big loss. The inside is decorated with all sorts of interesting artifacts. The outside patio is peaceful and pleasant. I know we all differ in our tastes for beer, but I found all 8 beers in my flight to be drinkable, with a few I thought were excellent. Service also was perfect. I wish I remembered the lady's name. She was very enthusiastic and attentive. She came out to check on us several times, though she was working alone and it is a long walk from the bar to the patio... We also went home with the Apple whiskey!! EXCELLENT!!!

Their ciders are great, I tried the Viking Cherry Cider and loved it so much I bought a six pack to take home, at $18 for 6 it was still absolutely well worth it. For food my coworker got the Fish and Chips, deep fried in beef tallow for those who avoid seed oils, and said it was excellent. I had a caesar salad and fries to go with my cider and it was a lovely meal. This will absolutely be one of our go-to spots when in Salem from now on.

The inside atmosphere is sports bar fabulous plenty of seating for groups or couples. We shared a juicy hazy IPA and an order of scotch eggs while sitting on the patio, which is shaded and comfortable with both picnic tables and bar-top seating. I was thrilled to find that the scotch eggs were not only delicious but also authentically prepared. The yolk was soft and slightly runny, and the crust was perfectly crisp and flavorful. This establishment is a true hidden gem. While the food prices are a little steep, the quality definitely makes it worthwhile. We will be back!

The North West IPA and…read moreSpruce Devil IPA (this one made with actual spruce) are excellent beers and not heavy on the malts. The Porch Light Pale Ale "taste great" and it is a go to as a starter and a finisher. The Mexican-Style Vienna Lager & the two juicy IPA's (Gushy & Juicy) are very good as well, even though I am not much of a hazy/juicy fan. For you sour fans the Lovers Sour will love you long time! ;) And they have a heavy hitter the 9%er, Exit 333 DIPA! The River Otter Red, nice, tasty malty red beer, with low IBU and 5% alc, along with the other beers on tap as well as their stouts (these change throughout the year as well) with some in cans and crowler availability. Food is good with appetizers, wings, nachos, burgers, pizza, sandwiches, (during lunch time), mac and cheese, crispy chicken sandwich, quesadillas, etc. Two sides of the seating for the brewery, both can seat families, many show up, outdoor seating as well and, they serve cocktails. Good place, good ownership & staff, nice atmosphere and good beer. Prost!

I ordered a burger, and it was quite good, with crispy fries on the side. There were a couple of small issues: one person in our group waited a long time for their pizza and only received it when the rest of us were almost finished eating. We also didn't have enough napkins and asked for more twice but never received them. Still, these were minor things. The atmosphere was relaxed, with cozy lighting that made it feel comfortable. Overall, not a bad experience, and I would come back again.

This was a return visit that was much overdue. If you don't know about the Benedictine Brewery and…read moreyou love artfully hand crafted beer? You need to become acquainted. The monks of the Mount Angel Benedictine Abbey are practicing a centuries old tradition... As part of their daily observation of life, they brew beer. Let me tell you it is absolutely outstanding. The grounds are breathtaking, on a little hillside outside of Mount Angel, just under an hour south Portland. I highly recommend that you take one of the more scenic drives instead of just blasting down I-5, but you do you. It's not a restaurant per se. But there are snacks. And there is a large selection of beer. My partner and I already knew that we had no idea what we wanted because we want everything and that would make driving home extremely difficult. So we opted for the only logical choice: the sampler Their sampler boards come with either four or five slots, and they provide a 4 ounce pour into the sampler glass. We each got a five spot board, and two additional drinking glasses so that we could pour splits, and were thus able to sample 10 of the brews on tap. We also decided that snacks were in order so we got the spinach, artichoke dip, times two. You order at the counter and when your order is prepared, you are called and can pick it up. It's a very simple set up, harkening back to a simpler time in many ways. Some of the taps vary seasonally. Some of them are occasionally just out. I can't tell you what you're going to find. But I can tell you if the Hairshirt, the Half Cloak, and the Little Tyrant are on tap? You definitely want to sample those. This is not typical mid-grade Portland IPA... These are exceptional brews across a variety of styles Highly recommended! I go down every time I get a chance and suggest that you might want to consider that as well

But it feels much more satisfying, rewarding and accomplishing as it obviously would by trying a beer from a brewery that I have been wanting to try... which leads us to one of my latest brewery experiences which is Silver Falls Brewery. Steve and I had one beer from this brewery and we liked it pretty well. We got the Oregon Sunshine Hazy IPA which was a better IPA drinking session than on previous occasions. In short it was a nice, refreshing one that hit the spot nicely. The elements in the flavors to look for are citrus, a juicy quality and a hoppiness presence. For example, there aren't many places in Silverton where diners can order étouffée, gumbo or jambalaya. Well, look no further as one of SFB's "bowl" dishes rotates between these three Cajun favorites. In addition, the menu also offers a number of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options for guests looking for something to suit their dietary needs. What I love most about Silver Falls Brewery is the many seating options. The restuarant has balcony seating, as well as an outdoor courtyard with a fair number of tables. In addition, the interior dining room has several large family-style tables that can accomodate large groups. This establishment does a fair amount of business during the spring and summer months when tourist activity is heavy, yet they somehow manage to swiftly seat, serve, and care for guests without compromising on service. The drinks are great, service comes with a smile, and I'm here for supporting local businesses that always shine brightly.
