I always love marking a brewery off of my "to try" list. But as the craft brewing industry continues to shrink that factor is also contributing to my shrinking brewery list. But it feels much more satisfying, rewarding and accomplishing as it obviously would by trying a beer from a brewery that I have been wanting to try... which leads us to one of my latest brewery experiences which is Silver Falls Brewery. Steve and I had one beer from this brewery and we liked it pretty well. We got the Oregon Sunshine Hazy IPA which was a better IPA drinking session than on previous occasions. In short it was a nice, refreshing one that hit the spot nicely. The elements in the flavors to look for are citrus, a juicy quality and a hoppiness presence. Although Silver Falls Brewery is primarily and burger, fries and salad type of establishment, it does have a few surprises rolled up its sleeves. Well, look no further as one of SFB's "bowl" dishes rotates between these three Cajun favorites. In addition, the menu also offers a number of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options for guests looking for something to suit their dietary needs. What I love most about Silver Falls Brewery is the many seating options. The restuarant has balcony seating, as well as an outdoor courtyard with a fair number of tables. In addition, the interior dining room has several large family-style tables that can accomodate large groups. Such a fun spot after a little silver falls hike! 10/10 recommend for food and drinks. The beers are good, they also have wine and a full bar which I do appreciate at a brewery. The food was surprisingly good!! Get the nachos!!!! They put awesome nacho cheese sauce on it. We also got the onion rings (so fresh, and the grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was really cheesy and had tomato and grilled mushrooms. I like mushrooms but I would get it without next time.its just a lot going on. You order at the counter. Most of our food was fast, but I think they forgot my grilled cheese so it took a while. But they made it fresh so it was nice and hot. Definitely will be back! Silver Falls Brewery - August 24, 2025 We came in on a Sunday afternoon. They are dog friendly on the outdoor patio, which has fairly ample shade. The service was very friendly. The bartender let me try a couple of ciders for my wife and gave me a 13 ounce pour of the Lookout IPA they had on tap. They also have wine. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating has a nice vibe as does the outdoor seating. I got a four pack of IPAs for $14 which is a very good deal I think. read more

This place is super dog friendly which is awesome you order online from QR code and they bring it out to you. Website is super user friendly though and it's easy to order more food or refills and pay your tab. Food was good but the ambiance outside was the highlight. Silver Falls Brewery, First time here. Not very busy, clean establishments. Friendly staff. My wife and a friend ordered the BLTA sandwich and a side of clam chowder. The sandwich had thick-sliced bacon and avocado. The soup had a spice that was unidentified. This was a deterrent to an otherwise good cup of chowder for our taste buds. I had the chicken ranch sandwich (fried option). Great sandwich, thick and filling. Choose the option with fries, standard steak fries. On the burgers, you can sub out for chicken or Beyond Burger. The establishment has two large screens, so it should be a favorite on sports days. Trendy crowd. I would like to come back and try more menu options. See menu photos. After spending all morning hiking Silver Falls, this was the perfect lunch pit stop on the way home. Casual brewery with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered at the counter/bar, took a number, and sat outside. It was a nice sunny day and there was a vintage car show going on. The service was quick and friendly. We ordered the Greek chicken salad sandwich and a BLT sandwich with chicken. Portions were large and easily shareable, and the sweet potato fries were to die for. Three of us split the two sandwiches and still ended up with leftovers to take home. Overall, this was exactly what we needed after a long hike. Stopped by here after visiting Silver falls with my wife and brother. Very nice outdoor seating area, the only negative of it was the smell of cigarette smoke constantly (probably from the parking lot). No one sat us, no one brought us a menu. The menus are available by QR code, which I'm not a huge fan of, but they are there. We went and grabbed some from inside. The drinks were amazing, I got a margarita, it tasted amazing. For food I ordered the Buffalo falafel. Which to me, was quite a weird offering, but turned out to be amazing. They were perfect size, they didn't taste like grease like some do. They were delicious, and the Buffalo sauce on them was crazy good. Definitely recommend. 7.8/10 will definitely try again. read more

Great little place to come to for a bite to eat and wash it down with their house brewed beer. Located in the heart of Silverton, a quaint little town in Oregon, near the falls. Offer outdoor and indoor seating. I had a Classic Cheeseburger (gluten-free bun), side salad, with a Light Work Lager. Perfect combination on this summer afternoon. The burger was juicy, flavourful and delicious! Messy but yummy. You will need lots of napkins! The only turn off were the cucumbers on my salad. Good beer, small town, and nearby outdoor adventures. After mountain biking in the Silver Falls State Park, ( which was epic ), we needed a place for chow and BEER. We love hitting the local breweries and this area has lots to choose from. Since we just finished the epic ride at Sliver Falls, well, we needed to hit the Silver Falls Brewery. Just makes sense, eh? They had my all time favorite beer, a large selection of different beers. Awesome! I had two IPAs. Kinda like IPAs. The first was a low spirited called the outlook. The second was hopped up to 80 IBUs with more spirit named Over The Edge. Both very good. We took a four pack home. Food was outstanding! It's pub food but much, much better. I had the Bacon and Blue and my daughter had the grilled cheese. Wow, I really loved that burger and frys. Bacon, blue cheese, onion, garlic, what's not to love. my daughter had the grilled cheese but couldn't eat it all. We boxed the half and took it home. Lunch the next day, I nuked for 30 seconds and had the best, absolutely the best grilled cheese sandwich ever. It was a bit spicy with tomato and spinach. Crazy wonderful flavors pop out of this grilled cheese. A must have. The location was near the center of town in a cool building. But the parking lots on either side are by permit only. The facility is clean and comfortable. There is a patio, tables , bar, and upstairs seating. You have to order at the bar and get a number, so the service is nearly real good. I still prefer table service. We had a great experience, good service, wonderful food, and nice beer. We will be back again. read more

This is not going to start out as a five star review, but it'll end up there. We had an event in Silverton in the evening that a bunch of friends and family were planing to attend. Maybe 100 people total. A group chat was started and someone said "Hey, anyone who is in town around 1pm, let's meet at SilverFalls Brewery to hang out. Great idea, right? It just so happened that my group of 4 arrived around 12pm and we thought we'd give the staff a little 'heads up' that they might get busy. We don't know who will show or when, but that group text went out to 100 people so there's potential for a rush. The staff offered for us to just head to overflow seating upstairs. Very nice of them. We head upstairs and a few minutes later I'm confronted by the 'events coordinator' of the restaurant. Apparently you can rent the overflow seating area for events (that's cool- it's very nice up there). She's stressed (I get it) but she suddenly tries to charge us $1000 for the space. I'm mid-bite in my very good sandwich when I try to explain to her what happened. We were offered the space. We will head back downstairs to regular seating. No, we don't want to rent the space. No, I don't know how many people. No, we are not holding an event. We just wanted to potentially socialize with whomever is in town. She asks for a name from us....and then says if more than 40 people show up, she's charging us regardless. Luckily, she says I can speak to the owner if I want. She then asks us to leave because we were trying to take advantage of them (confusing- we just wanted a beer). Maybe I'm wrong, but where I'm from, it's ok to say, "hey, let's meet at ________ after the football game." It's not an event, it's just a suggestion. Anyway, I ended up on the phone with the owner, who was extremely professional and understanding. The issue was resolved quickly and we ended up having a wonderful meal. The servers were pleasant and super fast and the food was absolutely delicious. Aside from the events coordinator, the entire staff handled an unexpected influx of people with a calmness and kindness you always hope to see in a well-run establishment. The restaurant was busy, but the service never faltered; the staff seemed like they were used to handling a busy restaurant. I would definitely come to this place again.....but I'm keeping my head down and ordering next time. No chitchat or heads up from me! read more

Good solid place after a nice hike at Silver Falls. Stumbled upon this on a Saturday afternoon since out other picks didn't open till dinner time. Great staff, food and the quick service. We couldn't get the QR ordering to work with our two orders at the same table so had to go up to the bar and order. The hazelnut brown ale was the perfect compliment to the harvest salad! The BLTA was good but cost $2.50 more for the sweet potato fries so made for an expensive meal. Got the Korean cauliflower but it lacked a kick and was just blah. read more

I love this place - a perfect Silverton Or experience. Tonight I had the carnitas tacos with house made chips and salsa. Perfect. The salsa and chips were freshly made and just right. The salsa was chunky and flavorful. The tacos were lightly spicy and really tasty. I had an Oregon Sunshine IPA with it. That beer is one of the best IPAs in the US. Perfect match. I thought I was done but decided to risk the brownie desert. It was a large serving and was paired with the perfect amount of ice cream. The brownie was moist and deliciously rich. I'd highly highly recommend this! Yum! And they give you more than enough for the price of it! I also had a kombucha tea and wow, was that yummy! Many folks had burgers and fries, etc and all were greatly satisfied! Great and friendly service as well. I think the only thing we didn't get was the ordering from the QR code.
