Solid motel. Clean, comfortable, and managed by nice folks. CHECK-IN: Their check-in generally begins at 3PM but I arrived really early, at 1130AM or so. I drove in from California and was really looking forward to getting settled. The office was still closed (they open at 2pm) but I saw an employee working in one of the rooms. She turned out to be a manager and I asked her about checking in. Luckily, my room (king bed) had already been cleaned and she let me check in very early. I really appreciated that! She was super nice and accommodating and the whole process was very smooth. ROOM: Large room. Clean. Comfortable bed with really cute Route 66 bed cover. There was some Route 66 art on the walls too. Shower was fine. Heat worked reasonably well (it did blow cold air intermittently but always went back to hot air so it never cooled down much). WiFi worked well. LOCATION: Perfect location. Seligman is tiny but you're just steps away from all the gift shops and restaurants. PARKING: Parking lot with ample spaces. I highly recommend the Deluxe Inn for your Seligman stay.

For a small town and a motel, this place was actually very cute and clean. The inside is remodeled and has wood flooring. Don't underestimate it at all. It is a motel so don't expect it to be like the over the top. Tons of parking and the lady is sweet and nice. We got the three bed room and it's pretty spacious. It comes with two queens and one twin with a table, huge walk in closet, flat screen, fridge and microwave. It has cute and basic decor and cable!

Arrived later at night and the owner was kind enough to have turned on the air conditioning ahead of time. Very appreciated. Room was large and very clean. Nice establishment with the personal touch.

Driving thru and just couldn't drive any longer. It was 2am when we stopped to see if we could get a room yet. We woke up the staff (they normally close the office around 10) and she was friendly and got us into a room quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by our room. I was expecting outdated- middle if nowhere-country kinds of room but it was super clean and Route 66 themed. HUGE spacious room, flat screen tv (not that we had time to watch it- just needed sleep). The bathroom was a bit outdated but clean. Had a mini fridge and coffee pot. I would totally stay here again when passing thru. Friendly people, good price ($72 on a Thursday- July 4th), cozy homey feeling. The Road kill Cafe is right next door- show them your room key and get a discount on breakfast. Fun restaurant!

Cool and fun motel located on historic Route 66. Nothing fancy to the rooms but that's part of their character. Can only imagine what these old walls have seen ;-) Room had a very 1950s feel but with relatively updated facilities and a comfy bed. I can't argue, especially at the price. Marilyn Monroe themed suite was fun (pic of Marilyn hanging everywhere). Occasional noise from the passing trains could bother some but the old thick walls block most of the noise. Wifi was strong and free. Located near plenty of cool/historic shopping locations, as well. Calling ahead and asking staff for a AAA membership gets you a good discount off your room (a better rate than even online Travelocity, booking, etc). And, staff was the nicest lady in the world. Minus one star because the shower head, although it worked ok, was knarly and looked liked it had been installed by your drunk uncle. Shower head stuck out the wall at around 5 feet high and was dollar store quality. I had to hunch over the whole time I showered. But, hey it was warm water right? ;-) All around good experienced (minus the shower) Would stay at again and certainly beats the huge chain hotels with no character.

    Motorcycles on the walls.

I stayed here one night and was pleasantly surprised. Although the exterior of the motel doesn't look like much, my room (#11) was actually very nice. It was very clean with a vintage yet modern feel to it. The room was spacious and included a flat screen TV with DirectTV, a refrigerator, and wi-fi. Keeping in line with the whole Route 66 thing, the walls were adorned with motorcycle memorabilia. The only thing keeping me from giving this place five stars is the somewhat uninviting exterior. Despite this however, I'd gladly stay here again on my next trip through Seligman.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of this place. The owners are very nice people and the room was spotless and smelled clean. It seemed like they just went through an extensive renovation, because even the windows and A/C units seemed brand new, but I forgot to ask. There is coffee and some breakfast foods in the office in the mornings. Location is very convenient, close to the Interstate, right on Old Route 66 along with several food options, and close to the middle of nowhere, which was a huge plus for us because we were interested in checking out the night sky away from all the light pollution of large cities. Turns out we only had to drive out about 10 minutes to find some very dark skies where you can see all the stars and even the Milky Way and lots of meteors, if you're lucky. To a bunch of city people, the stargazing was one of the high points of the trip.

Mini Fridge & Microwave. Room is warm upon arrival (this is a review written in the winter). Just okay-- No ice machine. Bare minimum decor. Poor lighting in the room. Overall-- I'd stay here again, but the price point is a little high for the value. A pretty good experience in general!

This hotel is alright; it is kind of in the middle of nowhere without much to do near it. We stayed here as we wanted to visit the Grand Canyon Caverns near it. Prior to arriving to the hotel, I did not realize it sits directly in front of a train track. A train goes by once every 30 minutes or so. They have a box of ear plugs at the desk if you need them. While the train horns did wake me up, I drifted back to sleep quickly listening to the train on the tracks. Surprisingly we all had a decent night's sleep, but I know some people would absolutely hate the train tracks being right behind their room. Be aware unless you have Verizon or log into the hotel WIFI, your phone WILL NOT work here! We had zero service so we couldn't call or text anyone if we needed to. The hotel does have a small pool and a hot tub which were nice to use. They also have a small gift shop and a restaurant attached. The biscuits and gravy was delicious for breakfast. Breakfast is not included though; you will need to pay for any food you are wanting.

For 36 years I had a professional relationship with our Nation's tribes in Natural Resource Issues; farming, grazing, transportation, forestry, wildland fire, fire rehabilitation, forest and woodland fuels. Tribal business sense and economic development skills have grown, developed and steadily appeared. In 1981, two Traditional Elders of the Yakama and Wanapum Bands of the Columbia River said, "...We're gonna Indianize you chris..." That has happened no matter where my feet landed. Because I was formally introduced to the Baha'i Faith by a Yakama Tribal member, signing my "declaration card" on the Yakama Nation, I have participated in sharing and discussions many of my "Last of the White Guys" co-workers never knew. My views toward "Indian Country" are weighted to the positive side. I see the positive, not so much the negative. I know the distance traveled since my wife's mother was removed from her home, age 7, and trucked to the Truxton Canyon Boarding School, later to the Phoenix Indian School. That is why we booked our stay here on TripAdvisor. We ended up driving more than our planned 6 hours per day, arriving 9:30 p.m. Saturday, May, 23, 2026. We called ahead as the sky darkened. Our room waited, reserved as contracted. What did we expect? Comfortable bed, bathing and brushing, some rest, a morning meal. I have no prolem with railroad noise. Semi trucks and their Jake Brakes, railroad sounds are the soundtrack of my life. The Peach Springs Oscillator is time passed between each train. In booming rcomomies, a train every 20 minutes. Slowing economies, mote time between trains. Our economy is slowing in 2026 - at least in goods hauled by railroad. We had an excellent rest, clean sheets, comfy bed. Good selection of channels on our flat screen. We were pleased with our choice.
