Mini Fridge & Microwave. Room is warm upon arrival (this is a review written in the winter). Just okay-- No ice machine. Bare minimum decor. Poor lighting in the room. We came down for the route 66 fun run. Our room was super clean. This place is well managed by Kim and Ravi. They have amazing customer service qualities. For a motel, it does its job. Basic but clean . Old town like this , I m not surprised by the outdated hardwares . The beds were extremely comfortable for the room we stayed in, the owner said they just got new mattresses so they were new ! Owner is very sweet, told us his story about his family business , and when we asked for some ideas on the old west style town, he gave us so many options , and even got on his laptop to show us the route to see which makes more sense for us based on our time . read more

Like this is zero frills. It has a ton of potential. Super sweet owner who inherited from his family. It would be super easy to add some neon lights outside in the parking lot and play old school tunes to add some character. The neon sign is stunning, why not build on it to create something similar to the Blue Swallow. It would easily be a destination motel if so. read more

In a real bind. No rooms the night we were traveling east on I-40. Paid $80 for the night and it was a bed for a few hours. But, there were little things that would make me question staying here unless improved (see pics). That being said, the customer service was great! We called from Kingman (about 45-min away) about 11 p.m. and the manager was waiting for us. Had our key and sign in sheet ready when we arrived. read more

On the good side, the owner was very polite. The price is what I just paid at the Hampton Inn for first class amenities, no coffee or small breakfast goodies, office not open in the morning to get anything. The room, the sheets were clean, the carpet was clean, the bathroom had black hair on the sink and there was black hair in the bathtub. The bathroom window was filthy and the window frame was nearly all black with filthy dirt. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this to anyone. read more

We stopped to look at motels once we got into town tonight and immediately chose this one based on the previous good reviews and the awesome neon sign (a definite plus for me). The proprietor is super nice and helpful and we got a room right away. The room is very clean and feels very safe, which are my two personal criteria for a good room. Great stop! Clean rooms, comfy beds and great service! We stayed here before hiking Havasupai falls and the hotel manager opened the continental breakfast early so we had breakfast before our hike! Breakfast includes bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt and oatmeal. Great hotel and cheap price!!! Highly recommend! read more

On our Route 66 trip, we wanted to stop in a small town and just rest. I read the reviews ahead of time and guests where right in the consensus that the place was clean and comfortable. This place is great for what you pay! The staff/owners are very friendly and super considerate of what you need and are looking for. They offered to open breakfast early for us (we are hiking to havasupai) but decided we don't need to leave super early since we don't need to beat the heat. There are train tracks nearby but honestly it didn't really bother me and I am a very light sleeper. They're super cozy and are clean. Each room comes with a mini fridge and microwave. This was my first time in a motel like this. I was a bit worried stopping here as I had no idea what to expect, but it was late and we needed a place to sleep before continuing our trip through Arizona. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of this place. The owners are very nice people and the room was spotless and smelled clean. It seemed like they just went through an extensive renovation, because even the windows and A/C units seemed brand new, but I forgot to ask. There is coffee and some breakfast foods in the office in the mornings. Location is very convenient, close to the Interstate, right on Old Route 66 along with several food options, and close to the middle of nowhere, which was a huge plus for us because we were interested in checking out the night sky away from all the light pollution of large cities. Turns out we only had to drive out about 10 minutes to find some very dark skies where you can see all the stars and even the Milky Way and lots of meteors, if you're lucky. To a bunch of city people, the stargazing was one of the high points of the trip. read more

10 out of 5. We stayed here few days after Christmas when we were driving past Flagstaff. We were worry that we will not be able to find a hotel that night so we make reservations via trip adviser. It was not hard to find it. It is a very clean motel. I usually can't sleep at motel 6 because of the sheet. But I was not allergic to the bed sheet at this hotel. We made reservation for a king size room and they gave us the two queen size beds when we arrived without extra charge. I like their breakfast. Instead of getting juices from the machine, they actually provide the bottle of juice and added new supply when it runs out. What I like about their breakfast is that they don't use cheap bread or juice. They have the items that you will buy for yourself at home for breakfast. The parking lot is out side of your room. So it's very easier to park and move your luggage in the cold day. My husband forgot his watch at the hotel. They called us and let us know. We were too far to drive back to pick up his watch. The owners were very patient to get our address and actually mailed it back to us within one week! We have never been stayed in Seligman before. We just realized that it is very pretty town next day when we left the hotel. We will definitely go back to stay at the hotel when we are in the area again. Old outdated hotel off historic route 66. The lady that checked us in was sweet and there were no complications. The room was old and outdated but did have direct tv and free Wi-Fi which was not expected. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom and the toilet did not like to flush. read more

Everything was great as the reviews said. Only recommendation would be to upgrade to nicer comforters. It was a bit cold in the evening. Unfortunately we're left blankets in the car behind the building since we were towing another car. Other than that, the bathroom was nice and room was cozy and quaint!! read more

We wanted to stay at an old style drive up motel to get the full Route 66 experience. You never know what you're going to get with older motels, but trusting the reviews, we picked this one. We are glad we did. It was clean, charming, and the staff was friendly. In addition, it wasn't gaudy with ten Route 66 signs or pictures of old cars everywhere. It was just a motel, like it would have been in the 50s.. but with a fresh coat of paint and WiFi. read more

This is an older motel, but the rooms are clean and the price is right. And ... you're on Route 66 so you're not looking for a Hilton, right? Free WiFi, parking, and breakfast (cereal, rolls/toast, juice, coffee). The owners manage the facility and are very friendly and eager to know and please their guests. The owner of this hotel discriminated against my deaf girlfriend and I last night. We showed up around 12:30, and he insisted we needed 2 beds. I told him one was fine but he said we had to have two. Then he said he had charged us an extra $10 for having a room with two beds. It was clear he was saying that as two women, we were not allowed to share a bed. Then he told us we needed to go down the street to his other hotel, the Deluxe Inn, because we had our service dog and he needed to charge us an extra $10 to have the dog in the room. I refused to pay the pet fee since we had a service dog, but if it wasn't the middle of the night, I would not have stayed there. I can't believe a business would so openly discriminate against customers. read more

One of the best motels in town, owned and operated by the same couple that own the Deluxe Inn. Excellent service, pleasant always to deal with, couldn't ask for nicer people. The motel is old and historic, vintage 1950's on old route 66, but thoroughly rehabed inside. It's a joy to stay here. I've stayed here dozens of times on company business. One of the cutest little motels we've came across this far. I'm driving cross country and have came across many sketchy hotels/motels so I was hesitant to stay at another one. However the Supai Motel was welcoming the moment we stepped into the main office. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure we knew the closing times of all the restaurants so we wouldn't starve. They offer free breakfast and free WiFi and their water pressure in the shower is wonderful. No problems with hot water and the room was super clean. It is also situated in a cute little vintage looking town. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! read more

We had 4 rooms for the night, meeting up with family and friends before hiking Havasupai Falls the following day. The owners of the motel couldn't have been nicer. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owner even let us park two cars on another property for three days as we car pooled the 90 miles remaining to the parking lot for the hike to Havasupai Falls. This place is perfect for hikers or just a stop along Route 66 and I-40. Seligman is a cool little town. Highly recommend Supai Motel. read more

Super friendly owner, great rate, super clean and comfortable for an older, nostalgic historic Rt 66 classic motor inn. If you're expecting Holiday Inn Express, you need to readjust your expectations. If you'd enjoy a reliving of Rt 66 in its heyday, then I highly recommend the Supai Motor Inn in Seligman. read more

I had occasion to stay at the Supai motel and it was immaculate. The heater, television, mini-fridge and bathrooms were all perfect. I'm a platinum Marriott member, but with no Marriott properties in Seligman, I chose the Supai and am happy I did so. There were another seven people in our party that rented rooms at the Supai and everybody was equally pleased. For anybody traveling to the area, I strongly encourage you to book your room at the Supai. read more

This place is by no means nice in anyway, but perfectly acceptable if you're not high maintenance and just need a bed for the night. Continental breakfast consists of coffee, cereal, and stale bagels in an 10x8 room with a folding table, so don't bank on that for a meal. read more

We always stay at the Supai Motel when we are passing thru Seligman on old Hwy Route 66. The rooms are always clean and reasonably priced and the owners treat us like we are old friends. This is my go-to place when I visit the Grand Canyon. It's a very clean and very cheap place to stay. The staff is great. It is an hour drive to the park. A hassle, but I saved more than $100 by not staying in Williams (which is 40 minutes from the park). read more

We stayed one night, June 26, 2015, and was put in a small apartment in the back of the motel. It was clean but very out-dated. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Everything went well until I had to go out to the car about 11 pm and when I opened the door, there were literally thousands of cockroaches crawling everywhere. I hurried to get what I needed and ran back inside. I went into the kitchen and turned on the lights and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. I don't do cockroaches and so I did not get much sleep worrying where else they might be. I advised the owner in the morning and he said he would take care of them. I won't be back to that motel because of the roaches. UGH! read more

This is a pretty no-frills place and is decent as long as you're not expecting 4 or 5 star treatment. Rooms are clean and comes with a fridge and microwave, which was convenient for meals. Included breakfast was pretty basic with cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, oatmeal, milk, and juices. No hot proteins or meats, but that wasn't a huge deal. Bathrooms are also clean and functional. This is located right smack in the middle of the historic part of Seligman along Route 66. There is a bar next door, and our first night was apparently karaoke night. Although you could hear it a little bit from our room, it didn't last too long into the night so it wasn't a major bother. There are also train tracks nearby, but this is the case with any of the hotels/motels along Route 66 in Seligman. This is just something to consider for you early birds and/or light sleepers. The owner of this place is a sweet lady who's very helpful and attentive. Can't say enough good things about her. Overall, a pretty good place to stay and no major complaints here. read more

Have stayed here for a week each summer. This time, I got eaten up from neck to feet by BEDBUGS! Owner was very defensive and argumentative when I mentioned that I didn't see the sheets being changed. When I washed up to get rid of the little pests, the shower pressure sucks! It used to be strong and invigorating. I will still visit Seligman each summer, but I will NEVER stay at the Supai again! This experience is still miserable a week later. The owner welcomed us with open arms, after we had apparently woke him from his slumber. It's a very cute motel, all your basic needs plus a little fridge and even a microwave. It got the job done, in that I did sleep, but they need to take care of some cleanliness and maintenance issues. Bathroom shower stall desperately needed to be re-caulked; bathroom lightswitch plate needed a good cleaning; sink needed some attention; broken towel holder. Broken outlet cover in the room needs to be replaced; dead bugs should be cleaned from the bathroom window track. I know, it's an old classic Route 66 motel and I wasn't expecting much, but that doesn't mean they don't have to try. Clean and maintain things just a little better! Does have a little fridge and microwave if you are into that. read more
