This place is a very nice salon. They play a different variety of music and have great conversation with their clients. Since were in the time of COVID, I called when they opened to see if they had any appointments available for today. Luckily they did. I made my appointment for 12:30. I was 5 minutes early. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and I stated I had an appointment and Bill, the manager said full set? Please have a seat. He offered a beverage and also during the session asked if I was okay because I couldn't relax which is very unusual for me. That's great customer service in my opinion. I am new to the area and have been getting gel pedicures for many years so am currently searching for a new salon to give my business to. I will never return to this salon. It is very unclean and in COVID times especially, I expect businesses to be more on top of sanitation. The nail files are re-used, which is such a small expense for businesses to replace after each client. Absolutely no excuse for this besides the business just not caring. The nail and cuticle clippers are kept in a dirty plastic box, so obviously not autoclaved to ensure proper sterilization. There was no massage, but honestly I didn't really care because I couldn't get out of there fast enough. The prices are reasonable, but hardly worth getting a fungus for their oversights. I have no idea why they would be given 5 star ratings. They shouldn't be allowed to be in business until they improve their sanitation. read more

Walked in and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. A tech was immediately available, but I would have been happy to wait for the service I received. It's been ages since my last manicure, and I've never had a pedicure before today. Meticulous care was taken to ensure I was comfortable, drinks were offered, and I felt pampered, which is why I needed a mani-pedi in the first place. I got color on my toes, and just a buff and shine on my fingers. The whole process was about an hour and a half for both, including calf and foot massage, foot soak, multiple exfoliating and moisturizing solutions for hands and feet, cuticle trimming, and the color application and buffing. All this under $50! Mimi was my tech, and I'd happily request her on my next visit. read more

I had a different nail technician and he was quick and good, which I appreciate. Their dad gave me a 20 minute massage which was wonderful -- for $20. They offered us tea, coffee or beer/wine. I finally found a nail spa that is clean, classy and sophisticated. I felt like I was the only Customer in there, they constantly made sure I was comfortable and offered me my choice of there beverage options. I was able to choose from wine, beer, tea, coffee and water...I had a beer and sat back relaxed and enjoyed my marvelous pedicure. The guy that did my pedicure was soooooo gentle and attentive and his massage was gentle yet effective. My nails were handled with care and Precision and turned out amazing. I frequent nail salons, as I get a gel manicure almost every two weeks on the dot; This will be my go to nail place in Bradenton/Sarasota. Billy (the owner) is amazing. I didn't get the best polish job at first and he reached out to me and offered to fix it. You can't ask for better customer service than that. Seriously, never had a nail salon do that before... I'm still enthralled with the way it was handled. Honestly, my nails look fantastic and I will be coming here every two weeks! I've been to four or five other nail places in the area and this was hands down the winner. Prices are the same as everywhere else. Customer service is exceptional. The place is SUPER clean. Sad to say but I didn't think it was a 4 star experience like their average suggests. The pedicure was probably one of the worst I have ever had and my nails don't have polish on the sides- which I didn't notice until after I left. The only reason I gave even two stars is due to the person who did my pedicure. I have been self conscious for years about my feet and he helped. I had a manicure that only lasted a week, and now I have two nails off and the rest are falling off. The person doing my nails didn't say a word to me.
