I gave her a chance to listen to me as I have been a customer for almost 2yrs, but by her response, I see that my business isn't valued and I no longer feel comfortable gaining services here. I switched over to the heavier set female who likes so wear a side swoop bang as she was there for multiple up charges, and instead she wanted to make things difficult. I asked her if my speaking was hostile, she stated no. I have no problem voicing a concern but if this is the reaction, it's A OK. FYI- if you are incapable of understanding or DONT wish to understand, that doesn't mean that the CUSTOMER is difficult. It means the STAFF is difficult. I switched nail techs and things went for the worst HENCE why I keep having to return. Also, if you are getting a repair done within the week's policy and there's more than an hour remaining, you will not get your nails done and will have to return the next day EVEN though you CALLED before entering. I wish I can give this place a -0 because the way I was treated in this establishment. how are you charging five dollars extra for medium nails when the nail technician told me that they charge five dollars for long nails as you can tell from the pictures, my nails are not long. I spoke with one of the rudest managers ever and she came up with the same lie and said my nails were long. I told them to take my nails off, but the nail technician said that she wasn't going to charge me the five dollars, but when I got up to pay that five dollar charge was still there and that's why I didn't tip and I will never come here again. Altogether I paid $100 for my hands and feet to get done and it was the most rushed job ever she barely even scraped my feet. She kept picking at my toes. I love this location. We have been coming here for a couple of years, ever since they opened. We used to go to Nails of America but always hated how crowded it is and how close the chairs are to one another. This is what I like the most about this location. Regardless of where you sit, it doesn't feel like people (customers or staff) are on top of you. The staff are ALL very friendly and nice. I love the drinks and while it is a little more expensive, I never have to wait longer than 20 minutes to sit in a chair. It's extremely clean & love the monthly themed decorations. They answer any questions you may have, assist with selecting colors, etc. Once they take you to your nail station, they offer you a beverage (lots of options). Throughout the service they offer you as many refills as you'll accept lol. I've had amazing experiences with my nails here. I love getting designs on my nails, and it's hard to come across nail techs that understand designs. Well, this nail salon is full of them. My personal favorite is Danny! He did my favorite set ever for my birthday - they looked even better than my inspo picture. He really takes his time and makes sure everything is to your liking. Katie is another tech I've personally been able to experience do a great job on my nails with designs. The place itself is always super clean and tidy. This includes the restroom areas. The ambiance is welcoming and relaxing. They play a variety of music so everyone at some point hears something they like. Overall this nail salon is amazing! Not only am I always satisfied with my nails, their customer service is top tier. I love finding a new salon that checks off boxes.. this is a check, check, check kinda place. They have a loyalty program and 10% off when you sign up and other deals. I took a picture to reference. So I've been coming here for a little over two months and every time has been great. I love consistency. My tech is Danny (shoutout) he is amazing. Showed him a picture the first time and said nothing else. He did just what I wanted and continues to each time. They have tons of techs so if he is unavailable try someone else bc my mom and aunt came and also had great work from others. I got my eyebrows done here and nails before. They took off 1/2 of my eyebrows and even left the hairs under that are on the eye. I'm so sad, because as we know eyebrows take forever to grow back and that's if it grows back. Thicker eyebrows have been in style for the past 10 years, so I was extremely sad when they took off the amount that they would for the 2000's style while leaving extra hair at the bottom. The wax also gave my eyebrow area a burn. Also on another occasion I came here to get my nails done along with 2 other girls and the nails didn't dry after 4 hours, meaning they paint too thick of a coat. The only reason I went there was since I had a 20% off for my birthday and it wasn't even applied. I am devastated and cannot even look at myself in the mirror, the women took off 1/2 of my eyebrow to match the 2000s style and now it's pencil line thin. read more
