I went today for a pedicure. I was told all pedicure over $30 were 20% off for the whole summer; but today I asked just to make sure the special was still going on. The lady asked another lady and she asked if I had a coupon. (I was told i did not need one) I explained that Tina said they have a special for the whole summer. Then the (manager/owner?)lady said ok. Not to fond of this business practice. Either you have a special or you don't; no changing from day to day. The lady who did my pedicure did not introduce herself & she did not have a name tag either; just yoga pants and a t-shirt. My whole experience today left me pondering if I will return. read more

By the way I asked if she could do a base coat for my French she said no and stoped doing my toes and made someone else take over !!!!! read more

I haven't gotten my nails done in so long, due to the pandemic. But yesterday I took my daughter in and we got manicures and pedicures. As soon as I walked in they took my temperature, had me sign a form declaring I am free from the virus and had me sanitize my hands as well as my daughter's hands. We wore masks and so did all the employees. They also had the door open, so fresh air was flowing through. The three women that did our manicures and pedicures were friendly and had very good conversation. The manicure and pedicure was relaxing and I felt safe all the way through the process. They even had plexiglass barriers between myself and the nail tech during our mani and pedis. The place is clean and they do a great job taking care of your nails. I left a pretty good tip for them because I felt like they went above and beyond to help keep my daughter and I safe, all while delivering great service. I recommend this nail salon if you are looking to take care of your nails with a salon that puts everyone's health as a priority. Thank you for reading my review. Came in for a polish change, barely greeted. Was instructed to pick my color, another client commented, Oh u do polish change too" What kinda question is that?!?! Anyway picked color, waited for a chair and the lady half removed my polish, then damn near filed my skin. I had to tell her to go back and remove all the polish. The three stroke polish technique was waaaay off, and the job was rushed. The smell is like something soured, but I can't quite pin point what it is. My husband and I went for pedicures. We did the " pearl" it was so relaxing. Tina and Tracey did a great job. Scrubbed my husband feet smooth, with no pain (according to my husband). Due to covid they aren't doing the hot neck wrap but it still had a srub, hot stones, paraffin, hot towel wrap, and leg massage. I was worried about other reviews but was very satisfied. Pedicure- one of the best I've ever had Manicure- the worst I've ever had The location is convenient and decor inside is very nice and clean. The workers here don't talk much but they don't come off as "rude" I got the regular pedi for $27, which would be $20 at most places but here it includes callus removal and a sea salt scrub and also jelly mask and massage which was fantastic! So it really is a good deal and i would definitely be returning here for my future pedis however my manicure was terrible. The lines were uneven and the finished look wasn't smooth. She did apologize and tried to fix it but to me it still was ugly and she knew it lol. I enjoyed my pedi very much which isn't something that happens often Update 2 days after mani- my nails are starting to chip. I work in an office and do very light work. The top coat is peeling and bubbling off. A friend whose mother does nails told me it was because they use cheap polish. Ugh. I'm so upset to have paid $17 to have it last only 2 days. This was my first time visiting because they only opened a few months ago. The decor is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly. I got a mani for $13 (good price) and my picture is posted. Then I got a regular pedi for $27 (pricer than most) but they included a lavender scrub, refreshing gel, and a super long massage. Bottom line, if you are looking for spa treatment you should totally try it out. If I'm trying to save money I would go to a cheaper shop and get less service. I was going to go to the nail salon close to where my parents live. My dad showed me this coupon which was printed in the back of the Kroger's receipt. I was kind of hesitant about going to a place where they have advertise on a back of the grocery receipt because either they are not that good and two it might be kind of seedy. I actually like this place. It's small and the nail techs are pretty friendly. I went to a similar place like this where they offered different kinds of pedicures but it's bigger and you tend to feel as though you are just a customer and they don't try to know you or engage in conversation. Here they are friendly and that means a lot. I chose the pedicure where they offered 20% off and it included paraffin wax, massage, lotions, etc. Basically it's a step up from just a basic pedicure. I thought why not. Then I ended up with a shellac French manicure which at the end all of what they did was pretty good. read more

I got there at 9:10 because I needed to leave by 10 o'clock they worked on my toes around 1010 the lady started working on my hands she assumed that I wanted to use my nails in the same size as they were already didn't bother to ask how long or how short I wanted my nails until she started filing them. Always excellent . They are a little pricy compared to other nail salons but it's worth it in my opinion . I just come strictly for their jelly pedicures (52$). Includes 10 min neck massage ( try and wear a tank top to get best experience ) also glass of wine if you want it . The jelly pedicure is just a product they have that literally feels kinda like jelly and slush in the sink . it's awesome , take my word for it lol Ask for Amy , she is the best ! I used to get full sets from her that lasted me 4 weeks every time with NO lifting . I just don't do my nails anymore . The WORST overpriced pedicure I have ever had! The tech cut my big toe nail noticeably crooked and so short that it can't be fixed. I complained to manager and he refused to do anything about my bill. They charge $58 for a spa pedicure that comes out of a box and they don't even have toe separators. How much money do we have spend to get a set of those. Their clear coat sucks. Chair was messed up. They don't have hot water, luke warm and same goes for their towels. This place is cute and very calming. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It is a little pricey, but I don't mind it bc of the quality work I've gotten done. Their gel manicures are fantastic; Perfect lines! But the pedicure is what I go for...I always get the Deluxe and it's amazing!!! Overpriced for 1. Walked out with shellac that looks like a bad polish job I did myself. She didn't have me scrub my nails, didn't use bonder, didn't clean after the top coat so super dull, complained about how ugly my cuticles are and the polish has bubbles & is on my cuticles/fingers with spots that are more see-through. They don't listen. They completely ignore your wishes. In shape of nails. What you ask to be done. They do their own thing and ignore the customer instructions. I went in today to have ONLY the shellac nail polish removed. The tech filed just about all of my acrilc off and tried to soak all the rest off. Again ignoring everything I said to the group who spoke everything back to me and ignored it Then acted like I did something wrong. They ruined my nails. They damaged my natural nails. TERRIBLE! I asked to have my acrylic soaked off and removed so I could have shellac instead. The technician starts using her tools to RIP the acrylic off my nails!!! Not only was it painful, but she did not do what I asked until I kept repeating myself!!! To top it off, she got angry with me and started talking about it amongst the staff!!! This place is horrible went in for a pedi and full set both shellac. Well they half did my pedi they didn't scrub the dead skin off and my full set with the shellac was horrible. She said I was moving and messed up my nails but I wasn't the UV light was like melting the polish she still painted over it with the clear like that was going to fix it she only fixed my thumbs. I was getting the same color on my toes and it was doing the same to my toes finally they see I'm not happy and the lady doing my toes fixed them but the one that did my hands wasn't happy I told her it looked bumpy and the polish looked rippled and she told me it's not bumpy you just don't like the color & that I shouldn't say it's bumpy if I just don't like the color, I said if I didn't like the color I wouldn't be keeping it on my toes she just kept repeating that I didn't like the color till she snatched my hand and yelled let me see. Finally she takes it off I tell her to just remove the polish and just paint my nails clear & she insisted to paint them another color after I said just do them clear, $111.00 later for bs. read more

I was here with a friend in early March. I called and made an appt. on previous day. I was 5 min early. Told them "I have appt. for myself and friend to get pedicures at 11am". They left me at front of store waiting on friend. Friend was 3-5 min late. Gave them indicator we were ready. We waited another 10 min. then got seated. Friend's service began immediately. They left me to sit another 10 min. and when they FINALLY looked at me and said "just another few minutes" I said to gal "this is so disappointing because we made appointments. Why are walk-ins getting service but I'm not?" They seemed clueless which tells me my first initial comments (at 10:55am) were totally ignored. They all looked at each and then finally I got service but of course my attendant scrambled because my friend was almost done. I got far less attention. Pedicure was very "average" at best. Time spent on dry skin was danged-near non-existent. Will never go back. read more

I came here to get a simple Solar White Tip with Pink Powder manicure. Technician "megan" tried to up sell me to get the white powder which I know is often pricier and often times doesn't "last longer" or "look better". They are already over priced so I wasn't interested. Before she was going to cut the nails I noticed a black stain on the nail and when I pointed it out she said "well I told you to get the powder". I've had multiple manicures done this way. I shouldn't have to pay $10 extra to not have stains on my nails! Lol I had a 20% coupon for their shop and told her before she gave me my total. She took a second and then said it was $35 without the coupon. I had a strange feeling that she was being dishonest, but I let it go because they had no signs posted with their prices. I didn't leave a tip because of how rude she was about the powder. Thank got I didn't because I got in here and found their pricing list and she over charged me by $5.00. I meant to go back but I didn't. I figured if you have to be dishonest for $5 dollars, you need it more than I do. read more
