    Very nice and clean salon

Pedicure- one of the best I've ever had Manicure- the worst I've ever had The location is convenient and decor inside is very nice and clean. The workers here don't talk much but they don't come off as "rude" I got the regular pedi for $27, which would be $20 at most places but here it includes callus removal and a sea salt scrub and also jelly mask and massage which was fantastic! So it really is a good deal and i would definitely be returning here for my future pedis however my manicure was terrible. The lines were uneven and the finished look wasn't smooth. She did apologize and tried to fix it but to me it still was ugly and she knew it lol. I enjoyed my pedi very much which isn't something that happens often Update 2 days after mani- my nails are starting to chip. I work in an office and do very light work. The top coat is peeling and bubbling off. A friend whose mother does nails told me it was because they use cheap polish. Ugh. I'm so upset to have paid $17 to have it last only 2 days. Never again

Got a mani pedi with this summer orange-pink color

This was my first time visiting because they only opened a few months ago. The decor is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly. I got a mani for $13 (good price) and my picture is posted. Then I got a regular pedi for $27 (pricer than most) but they included a lavender scrub, refreshing gel, and a super long massage. Bottom line, if you are looking for spa treatment you should totally try it out. If I'm trying to save money I would go to a cheaper shop and get less service. I would recommend it for a good massage and atmosphere. :)

Just left the place because I was in the area. Loved the job! Got my nails and toes painted!

Very clean salon and friendly staff! A little pricey (I posted pics of their menu), but they did a very good job on my pedi. If you don't mind spending the extra money, treat yourself to the fun jelly bath! Squishy jelly between your toes and smells wonderful! I'll definitely be back!

Big toe nail RUINED and no discount for bad service!

Geraldine at Energe Spa is AMAZING! This was hands down the best Brazilian wax experience I've ever…read morehad. I was honestly nervous because I had been going to a very popular wax chain before, and it hurt like crazy every single time. But Geraldine made the experience so much more comfortable and manageable. Her technique was gentle, professional, and efficient, and for the first time ever, a Brazilian wax didn't have me in tears . She also made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. If you've been scared of waxing because of pain, book with Geraldine -- you will not regret it!

I booked my appointment through ClassPass a few days ago. When I went to my appointment today, I…read morewas informed that I was not on the schedule and the waxer did not even work today. Then, the owner came to me confused because she said she "did not use ClassPass anymore" and she has tried to cancel it since February but has not heard from the rep since then and has had others book through ClassPass as well. As an owner you are responsible for making sure your business is represented correctly. If this is an issue since February, I'm not sure how I was able to book in December. She did not apologize for the inconvenience and also did not care to provide some sort of discount as I took the time to drive up there. Also, she was not even able to help me with getting my refund through ClassPass because she had a customer and said she would call me back today. I have yet to receive a phone call...

Took advantage of the opportunity to relax a little bit in a Sunday afternoon. Call it a recovery…read moreday from working out or call it just a mental santity break to kick off the week. This is a great place to do either. The first hour and a half in the men's area rotating between the steam room, sauna hot tub and cold plunge, losing track of the time and just soaking it. The sauna and the steam room each held around 5 to 7 people, respectively. Fortunately I didn't need to push the capacity limits since the crowd was extremely light, especially for for a weekend. I strolled around and checked out the other rooms and the bulgama room was scorching hot, in the best possible way. Broken up into two different dome spaces - one hot and the other extremely hot with a fireplace- that had the cozy smell of burning wood. A fantastic sensory experience. I popped by the restaurant and the Bulgogi stew was delicious. Prices were comparable to being outside of the spa, and the quality was just as good. The food came out piping hot with a little kimchi and some potatoes and a small bowl of rice on the side. I have been to more than a handful of Korean Spas and the features that make this one stand out are: Clean smells- sounds strange to have to say this but Gangnam was clean but didn't smell like cleaning products. Each space had a unique scent based on the desired effect - cedar, burning wood, eucalyptus, etc. Comfortable uniforms - woven, soft terry cloth sets that breathed well and were easy to move in. Unique experiences in small niches- hand spa to massage your hands, foot spa with a pebble bottomed pool, plenty of lounge spaces, vibrating plates for muscle activation or relaxation, I honestly didn't have time to do it all. The staff = top notch. Friendly front desk crew gave a great first impression. The superstar was the gal who helped me decide on a tasty dish in the restaurant, providing great descriptions for all of the choices. After 4 full hours, I needed to go to my next meeting and had to leave. Nevertheless I left feeling relaxed and satisfied. Verdict: Check it out but be sure to give yourself at least 4 hours.

I visited Gangnam Spa with my fiancé expecting a calm, restorative experience. The facility is…read moreclean, the staff is professional, and the treatments themselves are excellent. FIVE STARS! And this is why the rating drops to THREE STARS However, the spa's current approach to cell phone use raises serious privacy and safety concerns. Multiple guests were openly using their phones in treatment areas and even inside the locker rooms -- including taking photos and videos in spaces where individuals are undressed. Locker rooms are universally recognized as places where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy, and recording in these areas can violate that expectation, regardless of intent. Allowing phones in environments where guests are changing creates a real risk of non‑consensual photography or video, which can have legal implications and exposes patrons to harm. Businesses that operate locker rooms and similar facilities typically have a duty of care to protect guests from exactly this type of privacy intrusion. I strongly encourage the spa to implement and enforce a comprehensive no‑phone policy throughout all treatment and locker room areas. A spa should be a place where guests feel safe, respected, and able to relax without worrying about being filmed or photographed in private spaces. PLEASE KEEP this SPA classy, with privacy rules and keep the ghetto out the door!
