Allowing phones in environments where guests are changing creates a real risk of non‑consensual photography or video, which can have legal implications and exposes patrons to harm. Businesses that operate locker rooms and similar facilities typically have a duty of care to protect guests from exactly this type of privacy intrusion. I strongly encourage the spa to implement and enforce a comprehensive no‑phone policy throughout all treatment and locker room areas. A spa should be a place where guests feel safe, respected, and able to relax without worrying about being filmed or photographed in private spaces.
