So, I've been sitting here with my feet soaking in the water for a pedicure for 45 minutes. I made an appointment for 130 with my mom for our birthday pedicures and its now 213. Every year, my mom and I get pedicures together since her birthday is Sept 2 and mine is Sept 4. When we moved to Fort Worth in 2010, we found this place. I have been generally happy as the pedicures will stay for 3 to 4 weeks. Even when I moved to Dallas, we drove over here. Today, my mom wanted to take me to get a massage in Fort Worth, so I made us a nail appointment for an hour beforehand since they are next door to each other. When the owner came over to tell me they were running late, I said, I made an appointment for 40 minutes ago, and yet here I sit watching my mom get hers (which I'm happy hers is getting done). She told me, they make 30 minute appointments, but people end up wanting more than a pedicure or it just takes longer. I have never gotten a pedicure thats less than 45 minutes unless I just had the polish done by the way. She said she just wants everyone happy, but since its a holiday, they just get busy. I told her thats why I made an appointment to which her response was, all of these people made an appointment. The bottom line is that they just don't know how businesses operate if they can't understand that you should schedule 45 minutes to an hour for an APPOINTMENT if thats how long it really takes. read more

This place is pure heaven! So clean and lavish. The ladies are so sweet and gentle yet quick and efficient. I got a facial and feel 10 years younger. I have painful acne and my face feels silky and fresh now. She was always checking with me with the hot towel or steam or cold mask. My nail technician Shally listened to everything I wanted and took extra care to make sure my dip nails looked amazing. She talked to me like a friend and made me feel good about being there. I was skeptical on trying dip nails but she has shown me that they look and FEEL so amazing. I want to thank her again for how sweet and kind she was to me. I went in for my birthday to get a new set of nails.. I thought it was weird that no one was there but decided to continue because I was in a time crunch. My sister and I both got pedicures & I got a new set. She started on my nails when we arrived & she didn't finish until 3.5 hours later "I make them perfect for your birthday" I appreciate it, but nobody wants to sit in a nail salon that long. I left paying $110 plus a $5 tip.. Within the 24 hours TWO of my nails broke & I have finger infections.. 3 as of now. Pus coming out & they hurt SO bad. She stuck my hand in some powder & I feel like someone else had an infection & it transferred to me??? Idk but I'm miserable and out $60. Don't waist your time or money read more

Clean, calm, well decorated, great chairs with the full gamut of massage choices & friendly staff who worked hard to give superior service even on a busy Saturday. Went with three girlfriends for a pedicures - which are fabulous here - and even though we had to wait for a little bit despite make an appointment weeks ago, they were kind about the inconvenience & offered us drinks while we were waiting. They have great pedicure packages that involve different 'flavors' like chocolate, milk & honey, citrus, and cucumber. They massage your legs, use parafin & hot rocks - overall, it really is spa experience from the knee down. Those pedi packages are a $50 though, which is more than I'm willing to pay on a monthly basis JUST for my feet (I'm cheap, what can I say) so it's something the girls and I do only once every few months. I also usually go to a place near Northeast Mall to get my solar fill on my hands done - but the nice gal at Deluxe today convinced me to let her try filling my solar nails & see if I liked it better - which I have to admit I did. She did a great job of doing thinner more realistic fills instead of chunky fake looking nails. I'm really happy with them and will be going back here to get them filled from now on even if it is a little spendier. Overall, great place. Go on the week days though - they will be slower & you won't feel rushed. read more

I was so upset cause the man who did my pedicure and nails was so very rough on my ankles , I had to tell him to slow down and let go of my ankles, cause I have arthritis on my knee and ankle and he kept asking me personal questions and trying to poke fun at my grown son who was getting a pedicure, my son just blew off the dumb jokes and personal statements. I did not even get nail polish on my nails , I just wanted to leave. fast. i have never been to a nail spa where the person teases my grown son and asked me personal questions which were wrong in my opinion. Asked for an eyebrow wax and they forgot to use tweezers. I left out looking worse. Also, they do not allow you to charge tips.

Not a good experience here. Got a gel manicure. Tech put the foil on my fingers to remove polish & then left me just sitting there for 20 minutes. Trimmed cuticles too close and they bled. Didn't know what an American manicure was. To top it all off, she painted my nails and then said, "they're ya go." Not even any lotion or parrafin. NOT worth my $35! I was offered a drink which was nice. What was a big negative for me Is you can't use your card to include the tip for the nail tech. You have to have cash. I had no cash on me because I never carry cash so I couldn't tip the nail technician. I had to borrow money from my friend or else the technician would have not gotten a tip. I love this spa. The atmosphere is amazing, it has great mood lighting and every station is very clean. All of the staff is very friendly and nice and you get complimentary drinks. They make you feel very comfortable and are very welcoming even on your first visit. I went here once to try it out and now I can't stop going. Prices are standard for a nail salon but the thing that stands out is that my nails last for a long time. I get a pedicure around this time every year and it lasts all summer long with out even getting gel polish. That's what also makes the price worth it. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is the language barrier but even with saying that the staff still has nice conversation with you. read more

My experience here was just okay. Like one reviewer said, they didn't do any of the extras you expect for a $35 manicure - no wax, massage or lotion. She didn't even soak my nails. The manicure (gel) did last a long time though. What bothered me the most was their lack of manners. The girl doing my nails spent much of her time on her cell phone and was carrying on conversations with her coworkers in her language. I find this very rude. i would give it 0 but they don't have that option. they were pushy and i showed them a photo of what i wanted and they suggested a color and said trust me it'll look good. what i wanted was a white color and they gave me the nastiest pink color ever. not only that but a family came in and they all just assumes they were mexican and started making jokes and jokingly using words in spanish without even asking or confirming they were actually mexican so that was annoying. and then i made it clear i had a cut on my finger and she filed right over it causing it to bleed AND THEN CONTINUED TO DO IT, BLEEDING AND ALL! These people are a bunch of crooks. I purchased a dealsaver, which is similar to groupon. It expired 15 days prior to my arrival so of course I was not expecting to receive the promotional offer but I was expecting to receive the face value, since the coupon said it was good for 5 years. Yvette told me that they would not honor it at all. I was speechless and questioned whether she was sure she knew what she was talking about. She went to double check with the manager Cindy which did not even come to explain but sent Yvette back to me to confirm she was right the first time and that I needed to get my money back from the company I purchased their coupon through. After speaking to dealsaver I was told that they've had the same problem with this outfit before and have spoken to them (Cindy) about it on several occasions. Ridiculous! The lady took me to the back and rushed through my wax. I asked her if she could make them thinner and I saw her roll her eyes and was extremely rude after that. The WORST gel manicure I have ever had! It was evident that this lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing, and was in an obvious rush to hurry and get my nails done. To top it off my daughter got the dipping powder and her nail technician was completely rude to her, barely said two words to her, then finally her nails were not the final product she had hoped for. The gel was bumpy and there were spots missing coats, and my daughters nails were not shaped well at all. When notifying the lady politely about the issue she poorly attempted to fix the issue and failed. I was already frustrated with the end results and the way me and my daughter had been treated so I didn't even bother asking for a refund but I absolutely did not tip.
