I really hate to do this, but after almost a year and a half of coming here I have had to stop. The last three dip manicures I had done here either cracked or came off super early. Each of the last three manicures I had included no cuticle prep. They just filed the nail plate down, put on the dehydrator, and did the dip. My actual nails were completely ruined in the process. I have strong nails that I take care of, but after the last few manicures I was left with extremely thin, weak nails. I actually had to take SIX WEEKS off of having anything on my nails so that I could grow them back out. That's how bad of shape my nails were left in. My biggest complaint is that, after coming here for over a year regularly, Jimmy didn't even know my name. He stamped my final punch card entry and it seemed like he had this moment of realization that he had no idea what my name is. Not going to lie - it stung! I got my bridal nails done here! I brought my friends here! I told my patients about this place (I'm a chiropractor - people look at my hands constantly)! And the guy I talk to every visit didn't even know my name. HA! read more

Hubby and I decided to try a new Nail Salon and omg. We couldn't be happier!!! The location has an open space environment and so definitely bright. We did see that it was very clean, even the bathroom was too. They do have a bar to the left upon entry. My hubby got a mani and pedi with Vy and Amy. They did amazing and Vy is very sweet when speaking with us. I had Sunny and Otto for my techs and I'm so glad to have them. We enjoyed having Sunny and Vy in our conversations and I'm glad they enjoyed our banter. Lol... but I can't wait to schedule my next appointment. I called the day before to schedule an appointment with one of their wonderful nail techs for a nail repair. I was told that I don't need an appointment and to just stop by the following day. I asked what time they opened and the male front desk clerk proceeds to inform me that they opened at 11am. Fast forward to the following day, when I arrived he proceeds to tell me that they are unable to take me and that they are now booked, which is understandable because it happens. Then he proceeds to forcibly tell me that he told me to come early and repeats himself several times. I'm by no means an argumentative person so I asked ok, well do you have any availability later. He responds by repeating forcibly that he told me to come early, and he remembers me, completely forgetting that I had originally called to book an appointment but was encouraged not to. I felt embarrassed and like I, the customer was put in the position to de-escalate. Completely embarrassed and unnecessary way of handling the situation. First time here I went for my traditional pre birth pedicure + manicure. First notice everyone was offered water except for me at 40 weeks pregnant. My ombré style nails were very very thick. I went elsewhere to get them redone they even pointed it out how terrible job the previous place had done leaving them super thick. The worst part I went in with healthy nails and by the time the nail polish came off my toes (2 weeks max) I noticed 2 nails infections of my toes. TERRIBLE experience never going back. read more

Affordable prices,, very modern and seemingly clean shop. Very good customer service. They offer alcoholic beverages as well as water soda and really good slushee to enjoy while being pampered. The only problem I had was the dip nails 'cracked' only two days later. Surely they would have repaired them, but I was in vacation and nowhere near Fort Worth, so I had to come out of pocket as well as take time out of my day to get it done. The reviews for this salon are on point. I came across this place on Instagram and saw that they had the new jelly red colors and cat eye I've been wanting so hubby and I decided to check it out. Even though it's a slight drive from where we live I was so happy with this salon. They welcomed us right away let us know how long the wait would be and then got us in. I even got to sit next to my hubby as he got a pedicure and I got my nails done. Nice and comfy. All the girls were so nice and my nails came out perfectly. Exactly how I wanted them. I've gotten my nails done here twice now, & I came back because they did such a great job the first time. No chips or cracks. One thing I will say is that I always call ahead to see exactly how much i'm going to be paying. Then I book an appointment. The first time I got my nails done here & I went to pay, I noticed it was $10 more than I originally thought the price was. I brushed it off because I assumed whoever I spoke with on the phone was mistaken. I came back today for a fill. I was told over the phone it would be $45 for a fill & gel polish. They never asked me what shape or length that I had so I assumed $45 was the price for any kind of fill. When I went to pay, same as last time it was $10 more than what I was told on the phone. This time I did say something & they told me it's because I had an almond shape. Nobody ever mentioned that to me. I call to ask the price because I like to know what i'm paying ahead of time. I don't even understand why I had to pay $10 extra for the shape when they are already shaped from last time I got them done here. The price isn't what matters to me (although $55 for a fill is insane) It's the principle & the fact that you are telling me one thing & i'm having to pay a different price everytime. Not fair at all, & it just makes me feel taken advantage of. I'm really upset because I do like my nails done when I come here, but I can't continue to come here because they have lacked in communication with me multiple times. & Not once did they try to make it right read more
