I have strong nails that I take care of, but after the last few manicures I was left with extremely thin, weak nails. I actually had to take SIX WEEKS off of having anything on my nails so that I could grow them back out. That's how bad of shape my nails were left in. My biggest complaint is that, after coming here for over a year regularly, Jimmy didn't even know my name. He stamped my final punch card entry and it seemed like he had this moment of realization that he had no idea what my name is. Not going to lie - it stung! I got my bridal nails done here! I brought my friends here! I told my patients about this place (I'm a chiropractor - people look at my hands constantly)! And the guy I talk to every visit didn't even know my name. HA!

He asked me to choose a pedicure, and I selected the Pomelo Pedicure. He then directed me to a book to choose a color. Because the selection appeared limited, I asked whether those were the only colors available. He replied that they were the dip-powder colors, although I had never requested dip powder. After I clarified that I wanted regular polish, he directed me to another display. I was surprised to find several nearly empty or dried-out bottles, which made choosing a color difficult. I was then directed to a chair, where my technician noticed nail dust covering the seat and adjoining table from a previous service. She wiped the area with a towel before I sat down. My pedicure was okay, but it felt rushed and did not seem to include everything I remembered from the Pomelo Pedicure description. When I received my ticket at the end of my service, I realized I had been given and charged for the less-expensive Express Pedicure instead. I mentioned it to the associate who checked me out, but I am unsure whether she understood my concern, so I decided not to pursue it further. On the positive side, I now know the Express Pedicure would be a convenient option when I am short on time. I am willing to give this salon another try to determine whether this experience was an exception or the usual standard.

I visit my family in Texas and I got to really get my looks up for them because they mean alot to me. It's hard finding a good place though. I've tried many nail salon in the area, to the point where I've got disappointed and would drive 50 mins away to get my nails done + driving back + traffic= time-consuming. Yet, I gave Happy Nails a try which was introduced by a friend. I was happy that I found a nail salon which does a good job on my nails. I'm very happy with his long years of expertise with nails. Extraordinary service!! The worker who assisted me was very caring and delicate on my hands. I was hesitant about going to a new nail girl as I can be pretty OCD about my nails. Just got a full set pedicure and my eyebrows shaped and I could not be a happier camper. She was gentle, fast and listened to any direction or requests so patiently. She's/they really made my day! Still with her back to me, she repeated the command to pick my polish. I told her I wasn't happy. She didn't speak. So, I got up and put my flip flops on to leave. She never said another word. Will NEVER go back. Also, her husband just sitting at the front and NOT greeting people or speaking is very weird and uncomfortable.
