I had the worst experience at this nail salon and will not be coming back. The lady who did my nails did a terrible job. The shape of my nails is uneven, and there was still nail polish left around my cuticles when she finished. It looked rushed and unprofessional. Then I went to get my toes done, and that experience was even worse. The man doing my pedicure was very rough and aggressive. Instead of simply asking me to move or lower my foot, he would just grab and pull it without saying anything. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I got home, I realized my toes weren't done correctly. I tried calling the salon that same day, but no one answered. The next morning, I called as soon as they opened and explained the situation. Before even looking at my toes, the woman insisted that I had regular polish instead of gel. I knew for a fact I paid for gel because I remembered asking for it and paying the higher price. I asked if they could print my receipt, and I was told, "We don't give out receipts." I don't understand how a customer can't receive proof of what they paid for. When I went back to the salon, she told me it would cost an additional $30 to fix my toe because it would be considered a "color change." I refused because I wasn't paying extra to correct a mistake they made. She continued insisting it wasn't gel polish until she finally tried removing it herself and realized I had been telling the truth the entire time. Instead of apologizing, she became embarrassed and upset, then handed me off to another employee to fix my toes. I also asked who I could speak with to get a copy of my receipt. She rushed through giving me a phone number so fast that I could barely understand her, and I still never received a receipt. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, they were unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes, and their pricing seems inconsistent. They don't have prices clearly posted, and it feels like the cost changes depending on who is doing your service. I would not recommend this salon. If you decide to go, make sure you ask for the exact prices before your service begins and carefully inspect your nails and toes before you leave. read more

T&C Nails needs to be transparent and consistent with their pricing. I come here often and always get the same exact service: a gel French pedicure. When the woman charges me, it's always $38. But conveniently, every time the male is there, he charges more -- first $52, then "lowered" it to $45. There are no prices posted anywhere, which makes it feel misleading and untrustworthy. Customers should not be charged different prices for the exact same service depending on who is working that day. Very unprofessional and disappointing. read more

I like this nail salon. one of the owners did my nails the first time I came when I moved from Austin to FW + they were perfect BUT I could tell she really didn't want to do them. I'm a regular at this point and have been coming every two weeks for about 6 months now but every time I come, the main lady who asks what you need never remembers me. She always asks, "Have you been here before?" and it's pretty disappointing since I have given them my business several times + tip fairly well. The only reason I swear I keep coming back is because of Delilah. she is the best at pedicures + her massages... wow. she is the best, she remembers me every time I come in + when I need a good leg/foot massage, I know who to call. Other than that, Delilah is the main reason I haven't searched for a new salon in the area because although the nails are fine, I know there is someone better out there. Honestly the two owners are the only ones good at nails. it's very offensive they don't remember me at this point + its very obvious the owners feel too elite to do my nails. Update: I won't be returning. the photos are how i walked out of the salon. apparently this is "very square." I asked if there was a discount since I didn't like it/get what i asked for. all they offered was for me to stay + fix it. I had already been at the salon since 12:45, it is now 3:25 on new year's eve. I will say this some inconsiderate jerk brought her 1 and 1/2 year old toddler and expected her to sit there for 3 hours while she got her nails done. The poor kid screamed because mom couldn't touch her and the staff was amazing with her and basically babysat while she sat there ignoring her kid and got her nails done. Come through Yelp! I was in dire need of a fill and found myself with a 2 hour gap in my schedule so I yelped around for a nail salon close to my office. I found it easily and was able to wait for less than 10 minutes before I was fit in. I think Tina did my nails- it was the owner. I wanted to change the shape of my nails but she couldn't do it without doing a new set- I didn't have time for that. I ended up going with OPI's taupe-less beach and some rhinestones on my ring fingers. Since this place is so close to one of my offices, I may put this in my rotation.
