I came here based on the reviews and you guys did not disappoint! Went in on a Sunday afternoon with my daughter with no appointments made in advance. Greeted the minute we walked in and everyone was really sweet. We were seated within 10 mins and we both got pedi's and dips! They took their time, did not rush and offered us refreshments. I absolutely loved this place. I came here twice. One back in 2019 before I had my baby. I just got a simple French tip pedi. THIS TIME, I came with an insta pic and my nail tech Jasmine killed it. First pic is the Insta pic and the second is my nails. The only difference is the color tip from Black to White Nails cost $70 ($40 for Full set powder, $5 long nails, $5 coffin shape, $10 for v shape, $10 for white tip) and I got my toes done (French gel) total with discount was $112 I think without was $129. Anyways, what I really loved was how jasmine added a tip on my middle finger because it is different which added depth because usually the nail curves so I admire that. (3rd pic) Thank you guys. It's been a few years since I've been in but I decided to give them another try. Got a dip manicure by Teagan and I couldn't ask for a better experience. My nails were flawless with no bumps, bubbles, or lines. An added bonus was I walked out of there with no cuts on my fingers. Hallelujah! I made an appointment for a weekday afternoon and was able to get seated right away when I arrived. Color selections were plentiful and although my first choice was unavailable I was able to find an alternative easily. COVID safety precautions included masks requirement and also plexiglass & hand sanitizer at the stations. I'm glad I went back to them and it's great that they're so close to home. I think I'll stick with them for a while and will definitely ask for Teagan again. read more

I went today for my 1st time and I showed them a picture of how we wanted the, and when she was almost done and i looked at them and they were nothing like the picture, they were wrong. She kept insisting that they were like the picture. First they were not even, second they were the wrong shade of pink and then she added multicolor diamond when i asked for silver diamonds and I told her no this not right and she redid was not happy she had to redo them. Be concise on what you want and lift them up if they don't feel like they can do a particular design/shape (they will do it, I promise). Let them know immediately if they're being too rough, they will ease up. Ask for the total price up front, and remind them of their original price quote. Schedule an appointment around all holidays to reduce wait times. And with all salons, if you feel your nail tech isn't doing a good job or up to your standards, immediately stop them and ask for another nail tech. Do not wait until they're nearly done to throw a tantrum or ask for a free service. Again, it's all about communication! As shown in the photo, you can have beautiful nails. Be patient. Be kind. I have lived in this area for about 13 years and 8 near 5 star nails. I work a lot and long shift and I'm the rare occasion I find myself at the nail spa, I enjoy it. I usually only write reviews when I have a great experience or a poor one. I go to 5 star nail spa usually for pedicures and don't have a fantastic experience but usually not a bad one. I went yesterday to get dip nails done and almost immediately had a bad experience. I had old nails that definitely needed to be removed. Usually I have them soaked off with acetone. Instead the old nails were ripped off with another false nail tip. I already have thin nails and immediately knew this was going to do nothing but tear up my nails. I spoke to the nail tech who did not seem to understand me when I said anything but the tech next to him told him my concerns. He continued. I also mentioned I just had shoulder surgery and to not life my arm up too high but I could move my arm where he needed. During the entire time my nails were being done that arm was jerked more than once. Also. The dip powder ended up under my nail so there is a large amount under my nail. When my nails were "done" the clear top coat went on and the nail tech walked away. I was then approached by another person who immediately put oil on my cuticles and told me to was my hands. I thought that was weird since they just put on the last coat. He said I was fine and to go wash my nails. I did it and immediately was met with not dry nails and they were now full. I told the gentleman and they were buffed again and top coat was reapplied. I felt like they were rushing me out. I almost didn't want to tip but did because I'm just not that person. I've never had such a terrible experience in there. Also I forgot to mention, the tools used were not new. It was all previously used and I definitely will not be going back to this place. read more

To be fair the first time I went here my nails were decent. The second time, not a good experience. I went to change my dip nails. Instead of them soaking off the color, they advised that they could do the design I asked with gel. Well, that didn't turn out so well. I couldn't get the colors I originally wanted because the color underneath showed through the gel coat. So, I had to pick dark colors to avoid this from happening. Came in to get my previous set removed but I had already removed my left hand by filling it down and soaking them in acetone but it just took a really long time so I came here to get my other hand removed and to get them painted with gel because I know my nails are weak. She didn't fill my nails and soak them she pried them off with a nail tip which was painful and then cut them off really and made them really short. So my right hand (the one she did) had basically no nails on it but my left hand wasn't . Yes they were short but I didn't want tips on because of all that extra nail filling. But had to because they were so damn short , and she wanted to do dip instead which I was kinda hesitant to do because of the filling but oh well. Ended up getting dip nails with tips on one hand. Don't waste your money. I paid $35 for a mani. I just moved here from WA DC and the prices there were way better (DC is an extremely expensive place). I could get over it if it was in fact a 5 star/$35 experience but it surely was not. 1. The wait time was fine. I got in within a few minutes. 2. The water soak for the mani was in a TINY dish with ice COLD water...yuck. 3. I had long natural nails the guy wanted to trim them a bit he said...he chopped them off (my husband doesn't like this as he loves my long nails) 4. Since the water was cold my cuticles were never really soft so when he cut them it HURT like heck. 5. It took FOREVER to get a mani...usually I am in and out within 30-40 minutes. Its just a mani. 6. He keeps his pinky nails long and was using them to dig into my nails...EWWWWW 7. There was no hand massage at the end...(I love that part).... I like to get a mani not only to look good but to relax as well and for that price I expected A LOT more. NOPE! I will not return. read more

To be fair, they probably would have gotten to me sooner or later, but I was getting sick from the fumes from the acrylic nails.
